from last few days i am unable to see my broadband usage up to date.it is taking quite long time to connect.at the end message comes server problem. solve it.
i had got my broadband connection on 27/05/2008 but since then only i m unable to see my account usage on bsnl site as http://www.data.bsnl.in/wps/portal which is creating a big problem for me as i m unable to see how much has been used & how much is remaining.

I have got bb connection just two months back.Now i have received telephone bill which shows I have used internet more than what was given free at the time of connection.can you tell me how I can monitor /control my internet use
