Ok so I was just looking at my bank account and noticed this charge on my account for 16.95...What the heck??????? NEVER heard of this company before. AND I JUST got a new debit card yesterday at the bank and this company took out the money right after... How in the HELL did they get my account...

On our flight in business class from Denver (11:26am MT) to Atlanta on July 3, 2008 I was in seat 3F. The headphone jack was broken not allowing me access to music. I did not mention it to the flight attendant as I knew nothing could be done at that time anyway. We were already in the air.
