in my computer ww.bsnl.data.in website is not opening and i m unable to know my usage account so plz give me a suggestion regarding this sir .

yes i agree with you.because bsnl datausage site is always not open.

i cant see my usage and i am unabele to connect the bsnl.data.in pl rectify this probelem

Last month on April 08 my usage charges seen very high, some tims with 3 secand meater reading seen in usege chart about 854 MB. i think it is some errar, so what will i do for this, so please rectify bill and sent normal bill,
I hop with in three secand cannot down/up load this much of data.
hope you will take nessosary steps for correction the usage charges othervice i will have great losse

I had got my broadband connection on 20/04/2008 i m unable to see my account usage on bsnl site as http://www.data.bsnl.in/wps/portal which is creating a big problem for me as i m unable to see how much has been used & how much is remaining

what the hell on broadband 500 plan? first i used 250 plan o nbroadband and now i am changed to 500 combo but still the problem here, its i cant see the usage of my plan?what i do?

If we opt plan of Rs.250 then we get one GB download free. In this regard I want to suggest you to place threshold for 1GB down load. When the down load of .8GB over, we should get an alert in this regard. So that we can plan for further usage.

i have been connected to broadband on [protected] . i had not changed my portal id password and i could not change myservice user id password . how to change it.but since then only i m unable to see my account usage on bsnl site as http://www.data.bsnl.in/wps/portal which is creating a big problem for me as i m unable to see how much has been used & how much is remaining.i had tried many times in data.bsnl.in but i couldnot do it so please mail me briefly.

i have changed my portal password .now its 7 day after change but i cant check my usage .it is showing invalid

I got my broadband connection three days back and I am trying to enter www, data@bsnl.in portal to change my password but I am unable to login. I am unable to send/receive mails. The lady staff of BSNL who handles my account is trying to help. She asked to go through Google and try but I am unable to undrstand and seek your help.

I have taken BB connection(multiplay user - portal) w.e.f.18.1.08. I am unable to activate the E-mail ID provided by BSNL Uttarpara Exchange, Hooghly W Bengal Could you please enlighten why this E-mail ID (asho_1658@bsnl.com) has been provided and if it at all works what is the procedure of activating/registering the E-mail ID for sending/receiving mails.

the speed is too s low and i guess the claim of 1 mbps is also fraud.

My telephone number is [protected]. As I am getting constant crackling noise on the phone using this service is near to impossible. I use this number for STd calls and it provides very bad quality of speech making em use my airtel mobile service.

i am not abel to justify the bill amount with my usag so i request you to provied a helpfull need to check my usage daily and with the price mentioned with my usage and downloadings and there is another need can i see the sites visted and at what time loggedin & looged out and its usage and its downloading charges.

i am broadband user since 1year 8months. earlier to view the usage is very easy and user friendly. to our surpirse, wihtout any orior intimation they changed user name and password, and they informed after 4days. now to view the current usage is not possible to view.why this type of inconvenient is being created? if technology development is there it shall be user friendly and with more features. unfortunately now bsnl is taking simple probelms are being created complex. please arrange to make arrangements to view our current usage of dataone. also to see my email it says no user word and password.

i unable to access my email id pathakdd@bsnl.in pl.send my id & password again.
