I had got my broadband connection on 07/12/2007 but since then only i m unable to see my account usage on bsnl site as http://www.Data.Bsnl.In/wps/portal which is creating a big problem for me as i m unable to see how much has been used & how much is remaining.

Last month on April 08 my usage charges seen very high, some tims with 3 secand meater reading seen in usege chart about 854 MB. i think it is some errar, so what will i do for this, so please rectify bill and sent normal bill,
I hop with in three secand cannot down/up load this much of data.
hope you will take nessosary steps for correction the usage charges othervice i will have great losse

If we opt plan of Rs.250 then we get one GB download free. In this regard I want to suggest you to place threshold for 1GB down load. When the down load of .8GB over, we should get an alert in this regard. So that we can plan for further usage.

i have changed my portal password .now its 7 day after change but i cant check my usage .it is showing invalid
I got my broadband connection three days back and I am trying to enter www, data@bsnl.in portal to change my password but I am unable to login. I am unable to send/receive mails. I have taken BB connection(multiplay user - portal) w.e.f.18.1.08. I am unable to activate the E-mail ID provided by BSNL Uttarpara Exchange, Hooghly W Bengal Could you please enlighten why this E-mail ID (asho_1658@bsnl.com) has been provided and if it at all works what is the procedure of activating/registering the E-mail ID for sending/receiving mails.

i am broadband user since 1year 8months. earlier to view the usage is very easy and user friendly. to our surpirse, wihtout any orior intimation they changed user name and password, and they informed after 4days. now to view the current usage is not possible to view.why this type of inconvenient is being created? if technology development is there it shall be user friendly and with more features. unfortunately now bsnl is taking simple probelms are being created complex. please arrange to make arrangements to view our current usage of dataone. also to see my email it says no user word and password.
