I had got my broadband connection on 07/12/2007 but since then only i m unable to see my account usage on bsnl site as http://www.Data.Bsnl.In/wps/portal which is creating a big problem for me as i m unable to see how much has been used & how much is remaining.

I have been trying to contact the BSNL for reason for delayed connection after shifting my location. I see all the BSNL officials of KR Puram in all category are very negligent. I have around 15 telephone numbers of different official. None of these respond to the calls I make. After no months now I have realized that this effort to contact these BSNL guys is of now worth. I am now shifting to a private service provider who has a very good customer care.
God only help BSNL if they don't realize that value of the customers.

I'd like to inform you that I applied for a broadband connection around four months back with a 500 monthly plan. I was given complete service except the facility of checking data usage. My plan offered night unlimited (2 am to 8 am ) which I used fully.
To my disappointment my bill has exceeded Rs. 8000 which is impossible. They are charging my night usage which is eventually free of cost. My day usage has never exceeded that much that it may yield a bill of above 8000..
I request the concerned authorities to kindly check my bill once again and make deserving deductions.
It'll be highly appreciated if my request is fulfilled.
Else to the most I will have to surrender this connection and take help from consumer court.

I want to complaint against Mr Navneet Kumar who is sitting in sector 34 BSNL Excahnge Chandigarh for giving me an ITC Card of Rs 110 which was not already expired and not valid.When I reached BSNL sector 34 Exchange Chandigarh Mr Navneet Kumar is saying that I will not change your card when I asked him why he is saying me that I will call the police at no 100 and also saying very rude to me.Please take an action against Mr Navneet Kumar of BSNL Exchange Sector 34 Chandigarh as soon as possible for mentally harrasing and doing fraud and issuing me an invalid ITC Card of BSNL.Thanks

My problem is that no incoming call is possible on my mobile for the last few days... I have complained it several times to the customer care as well as in the SDO mobile Bareilly and they have noted my complaint also following are my complaint details...
Even after that any incoming call is not being possible on my mobile i am having lots of problems due to this. I have also submitted my ID twice and when I complaint it to Mr. R P Gangwar SDO mobile on 02/06/07 he assured me that ID isn't the problem for my mobile and the problem will be solved by tomorrow but nothing was solved the problem is still same , So I again complained it to SDO mobile office on 07/06/07 they again assured me the same that the problem is going to be solved by tomorrow but its' still same... i am having lots of problem due to this.
I, Alex J Victor have a phone connection with BSNL. My consumer no is [protected] and my phone no is [protected]. I am having a plan of 900plus. I am using this phone only for internet. But from the month of August internet is always have the problem with connection.
I am keeping on complaining this but there is no action taken from your side. It is a month old story and still this is not resolved.
Customer support people admits that there is a problem with landline (it has disturbances), also a problem with modem. The people at the exchange admit there is a problem with telephone line and modem. Still no actions taken. Please replace the modem and correct the telephone line.
Kindly take action on this matter and resolve this with reversal of monthly rent for the month of August.
I have 8 BSNL landline / pco / mobile connections and I am regular customer and payee in your department.
My STD/PCO No. is [protected]. My PCO is dead on dated 14-04-2008 and I have complaint on telephone, but no response than I have complaint on 198 which complaint no. is W6362 dated 15-01-2008. But department has no response and my phone is dead till today.

With reference to the above mentioned subject I would like to inform you that a bill is notified to me in amount of Rs. 2258.00 plus surcharge Rs.40/- total – Rs. 2298.00 for that due date of disconnection for nonpayment is 15 may 2008. This bill is for the duration 30/03/2008 to 31/03/2008, where as modem was handed over to me only on 23/04/2008 which was again meant for Ist fifteen days rental free, but I have been charged Rs. 17/- for two days that too before installation of modem. Plan I opt for was 125 home plan for which again I was told there is no installation charges but in the bill it was charged Rs. 500/- (modem was completely installed by myself). Apart from this they have shown a debit of Rs. 1245/- with additional Security Deposit of Rs. 940/, why this additional security ? if for Phone, then again I deposited Rs. 500/- initially and I was told no further amount will be required. This bill have in fact completely shocked me, I beg you to kindly look in this matter.
