Not able to get the Broadband connection!

Complaint Rating:

It is a shame that I have not received the broadband connection @ my house even after 6 months of our registration in BSNL. Went to the Telephone office again and again. No proper response.

Dear sir,

I have applied for BSNL Broad band connection of Kamakshipalya Branch -Work order no#39039553.I keep calling BSNL there is no proper response, they are giving different numbers to contact.Iam fed up and I have already paid the money to one of the Representative, but not received any receipt.When i tried to call his no# 9448108795 and His name is Madhu, he never picks up the call.

Please do the needful.

To bsnl head office iam a bsnl data card evdo (2.4 mbps) plan holder, i am using this plan til last December on the starting it works superb i have to use up to 250kbps downloading and an average speed of 140kbps, after 5 months it cant work with like your plan and disturbed it frequently like connectivity problem poor speed of max 100kbps downloading speed and an average speed of 20kbps it can be fluctuate between this speed constantly this can be disturbed to do any work and it can be automatically disconnected some times, one more poor service of your's is lower tower only two sticks are available in all surround us. I am complaining to my nearest exchanges (Chhattisgarh durg) from last 3 months they only update my evdo software then also have this problem no other action takes. This is not only my problem it consist with all of your evdo consumer surround me on those only 5 of my friends, so if u also cant take any action against this we only have an option to take strict action against you to complaint to consumer form and spreed this message to media also .

sir my bb connection does not work properly.no one came from your deppt to fix problem despite of repeated complaints .there is drop of line always in 3 minutes. sir your staff of talwandi bhai exchange ferozepur punjab is worthless. specially your junior engineer is stupidest person i ever met . he comes to duty to pass time. there is no coordination between je and sdo. your je do not work assigned to him by sdo.
i m tired of complaints . im near to discontinue . sir my connection dont work atleast 10 dayas a month.i m going to apply for wave off rent in consumer court. sir please do something strong an d change your j e and sdo. sir atleast warn them so they can fix my problem . w3aiting for good reply

Meri BSNL Broadband Line 1 mahine se bandh hai, maine kariban 15 bar complain ki hai, lekin fir bhi kuch hua nahi hai.Kya aapki service aisi hi hai.Aapke vahase jo bhi aaya vo bas vade karta raha ki kal ho jayega, kal ho jayega . Lekin aab tak kuch hua nahi.ab main kya karu.please aap meri complain solve kijiye.

i have bsnl phone last 8 years i will aplly for broadband service they will put it but the prob is my net conectvity is not constant its disconect when iam download somthing i will complaint throw phone and gone to local bsnl office they did not respand correctly how can i gave complant that incharge officer pleae tell me really its waste service...

i want to say about the irresponsible and poor service of bsnl broadband. it is shamefull to say such words against a communication leading company like bsnl.
am jishad in kerala/ tvm dist. now my exchange office is in edava panjayath. my broadband connection is get complaint for about 10 days. i made more than 15 complaint against local exchange office, 2 in related coustomer care office and more in other bsnl related places. but am very happy to say that there's no response. then why i made payment at this month. i think u r totally a fail in broadband system. can i wish the connection in this year. very bad. need justice...otherwise i am forced to reach in consumer court. also the behaviour from bsnl staffs are very bad, illiterete. plz improve yourself. best wishes. my phone no: 0470-2664481 (bsnl)mob:9447427539(bsnl).

sir, i have broadband connection on my number 0135-2753471, but from last 15 days we do not have any connectivity because of which i am losing upon my important work. i have made many complaints through 197 but i am not getting any kind of response from your side. i even called up at the ongc exchange on 1st july 09, but they said that due to the visit of the rashtrapati, nobody in the office wuld be able to attend our complaint.it is my request to you to please take a quick action against this problem so that i can access my internet connection immediately.

It is very painful that broadband services to my telephone no
07805-247548 at Vindhyanagar, Dt. Singrauli, MP is very
dissatisfactory. For last one and half month after repeated
complain also no action has been taken by BSNL. Till date services
of broadband is available only 5 to 10 % time in a day. Mmost of the time it remains dead.

I am Rajeshkumar B.Pillai, phone nO.02692231355. I have made complaint on 16.06.09 regarding the broadband connection which I have is not working constantly. Sometimes there is a break inthe running mood and showibng NETWORK PROBLEM. After making the complaints nobody has attended to rectify the mistake. Please let me know why this com plaint colomn is provided in this bsnl site ? Is it for a show or it is for a hobby ? I doubt it is for a formality only. The people who are making complaints to Bsnl are fools ? or you people are trying to make them fools ? If a successive result can not be entertained, please stop thjis kind of activity.

I completely agree with the post. Even I'm a victim of BSNL bad customer service. I have a problem with the line for BSNL BroadBand for which I have given complaint in person and on phone as well.

But the lineman just called up and asked if I'm getting the connection to the net or not but no body came in person to check the line fault. The response on phone is also very bad. For past one month I'm unable to use the net because of this problem and still no body is coming to rectify the problem. But I have to pay the rent for Broad Band.

Hi BSNL Incharge,
From the past many days our BSNL landline is disconnected.After complaining in the office about the same there is no improvement seen.Our broadband connection is also suffering, due to the same issue mentioned above.I am not able to check any of my enterance (IIT) result details
Therefore I kindly request you to look for the same and take some severe steps to avoid the mentioned problems.

i am in toronto.my tel.number at patna is 0612-2597217 and ma requesting bsnl authority since last one wk to restore my internet connection, i am not is a position to talk to my ailing relations there.if bsnal is not capable to rectify it they should return all my money of unlimited connection which i deposited there with regret letter for not able to restore it.if i will have to come back india for this negligence only, they might have to face consumer court action.

Sir,

Today, i.e. 23.05.2009 at 10.00 AM I went to BSLN office at SaltLake with my laptop and met one gentleman named Shri Debashis Pal and told him about my Broadband connectivity problem at my residence. He immediately made a slip for Broadband Section and told me to go there. I went to the other building and at 10.30 AM first person came but he was not of Broadband section. At arount 10.40 AM another person (aged around 55-56 years, wearing specks, complexion fair and height around 5ft5inch) came in the broadband section followed by another young person (no specks and complexion not fair). The aged person called me inside at 10.45 AM and asked about my problem. On hearing he wanted to see my docket number. I told that I met Mr. Debashis Pal near enquiry and he has given me this slip. Immediately that gentleman reacted very rudely that don't talk about Pal-Phal, everybody knows to complaint but you don't know. I was shocked because without any fault of mine he misbehaved. I strongly protested. Then the aged man referred my case to the other young man. Second man asked my residential number and assured me that it is problem of password and he told me to go back home immediately and he will call me over telephone. I came back home immediately and waited for his call but till 2.00 P.M I have not received any telephone call. Once again I contacted Mr. D. Pal and told him everything. He is extremely helpful and tried at his personal level but invain. I tried to contact broadband section (033 23210001 to 4) but nobody lifted telephone. Since I have protested against misspelling his colleagues name he has harassed me intentiontally. Before next Saturday I cannot go to your office.
Sir, this is the attitute of a person working in a great organisation like BSNL. I believe proper steps will be taken against the concerned person.

I was billed for modem extra even through boardband was configured in my own modem. No response from any of the officers and they are not even picking up the phone(for Chennai accounts officer: 22501677). Let shame of BSNL employees.

hay guys u r lucky that u can't get the brodband connection.after getting brodband connection i m not able to use it.becoz in 24 hours 12 hours its not working.and the link broken problem is gr8 feature of BSNL Broadband.U guys are lucky that u don't have Bsnl Broadband connection.

And in TV ads they say that BSNL connecting INDIA.yes they were connecting India but with link broken service.

Hi,
I am a BSNL broad band customer of 500 C plan. My night downloading is free from 2 to 8 am, but still they charge me after 2 am . I have given written complaint to S.D.E.E.M.C. ( BSNL, City Centre, Gwalior ) regarding this for two and a half months back and an email complaint to " nib_gwalior@sancharnet.in" 3 weeks back but havn't got any reply yet ...

They are just saying me to wait wait and wait...
