I am very much frustrated after taking the BSNL Broadband line to my home. The service is very bad. They just take the complaint and I don’t know where they throw it. The Area Manager and Line Man are so lazy, they are not even ready to pickup the phone and listen to us. Even the customer care people are so rude in the call, they just say they have forwarded the complaint to the concern department.

You are right man!!!

We should all give up their broad band connection, I am going to do it this Monday!!!

I have an 8Mbps commercial plan, they are giving me 56Kbps, my all complaints are fallen to deaf ears..
