the site www.bbservice.bsnl.in never opens. It opens only after a 20 days and i am not able to check the usage . this is a big problem for me as i download a lots of things.

I am also facing the same.
I have taken 500c plan, but Every month my bill was more than 1200. i want to limitize my usage by checking the portal "http://bbservice.bsnl.in", but it is not at all opening.

I am also facing the same.
