Dear Sir,

With due respect, I beg to state that the last usage of the month of July'08 of my Internet Connection belongs to the Telephone Connection No. 03222-274837 with Home-250 plan was installed and working from last 27/03/2008. The said connection is also surrendered on 29/07/2008 including its Modem which is received by the J.T.O. (Maitytbabu) in Paschim Medinipur.

So, it is impossible for me to connect to the internet after the very date 29/07/2008 but in the usage of the month of July it is showing the logging and log out from the Connection 29/07/2008 to 08/12/2008 which is really very confusing.

I don't know the mentioned Date i.e. 08/12/2008 is 12th August, 2008 or the 08th December, 2008 which have not come in the calendar still now as it is only the month of August and whereas I have surrendered my connection on 29/07/2008.

So, I earnestly request before you to please look into the matter with no delay and help me by solving the problem.
