I finally got a phone number to the customer service and called. I had to threaten them with a lawyer but they have agreed to credit my account for the 39.95 they debited. Hope this helps...dont let them get a word in edgewise cause they will throw you for a loop. Hang tight and make them give you your money back and please tell them that we are filing a complaint against them for online fraud. That was what got my money back.

Hey Mark. This company did the same thing to me. Not only do they charge the $39.95 but they gave my card number out to three other rip off agentcies that have been charging my credit card $9.95/Mo and sometimes twice in the same mounth. I have called them and they told me that they had got my card number from this company and would refund back to my account. Thanks.
