Brown Mackie College - Misuse of money and misguided education

I have been here at Brown Mackie College for more than a year now and I don't feel any closer to learning what I was suppose to know. This school has seriously scammed so many people out of their money its ridiculous. I haven't seen not a dime of the money I received from federal grants or either of the loans I have taken out, but instead I am in a position of owing them money and eventually having to pay back my loans. getting the very expensive iPads that they like to hype people up into getting usually sets you up to having a balance you have to pay. For some reason even though its a none campus school they also charge a few thousand for room and board they don't have or offer. My experience with the externship sites I went to is that staff and employees had very a negative view of Brown Mackie students and aren't likely to hire anyone from this school. I feel I just wasted a year of my precious time and money for no reason, and I can't get that year back. I keep hearing people mentioning bring a lawsuit against them. I wonder if its true and were do I sign up. I want to stop this school from doing this to people.

Brown Mackie College - Early Resolution

Dear Syndney Sattler and Brown Mackie College-Atlanta staff,
This is my last attempt before exhibiting my experience with the college. October 2, 2012 is a day that has unfortunately negatively impacted my future plans and educational outlook due to the transactions of Brown Mackie College. When I first visited the college that Tuesday I spoke with Michael Smith who insisted I come to the campus. Based on scrambled handling and vague information provided to me in our encounter, I now strongly believe because of him I am in a horrible predicament. I never expected that a friend of the college and little knowledge about the college would be used against me to put me in an unplanned position. Paper-work I thought was a simple application for new applying students was instead a legal contract.
The 5pm walk-in turned out to be enrollment and evening class within an hour. On October 16, 2012 I spoke with several admission representatives when I noticed that the “make-up” induction was more detailed and a strategy to keep me enrolled. I was alarmed to learn new important information was never mentioned until this moment. Necessary factors such as academic assessments, program information, tuition charges were not informative in the same manner before enrolling with this new advisor. I was not informed of the financial responsibilities and issues up until then. At this time of realization it was too late according to college policies and the contract.
I am looking for a resolution to solve the situation I have been blinded by. Have I been given certain information and shown genuine handling in the beginning this situation could have been avoided. This current trial of financial burden is very troubling to my future that I’ve had hope for. I am deeply saddened and unable to feel confident about any future with any college based on my experience. Brown Mackie College is not the right college for me for sure. The college is not the type of institution I believe is durable in its efforts for someone such as myself. Speaking with admissions recently made me realize that the college does not value ethics or its student’s well-being.
My hopes were high and now my steps are unsure because I trusted an institution that provided little information about its true plans in which I ultimately received more responsibility than I was willing. I care about my future especially in this rough time and unfortunately I don't know if going to college will ever happen. I wasn't given a fair offer that should have required more than an hour to decide. Ultimately it’s a lesson I wish no one with aspiring children or dreams will ever experience. I refuse to let this be the end of my educational dreams. It has become a lesson to be aware of the business of individuals not seeking to really give more than it receives. I will forever be influenced but not affected by the college. This is a personal letter challenging anyone to take action making sure Brown Mackie College becomes a body of individuals in which faculty values and not target.
