bought sample of this garbage and promptly called and cancelled so i wouldnt get billed for anything else and did not want the auto ship. received the cancellation # and then 2 months later i recieved anothe bottle of this stuff( it doesnt work!!!) when i called to complain i was told that the account was never cancelled and i had been charged for 2 bottles.
The 2nd bottle hadnt shipped so as a coutesy they would refund that payment. but i had to go further up the ladder if i wanted to get the rest of my money back.. It is people like this that give mail order and online ordering a bad name. I wouldnt buy anything from these people and am filing a complain with the bbb and anyothe bureau i can think of for this unethical business actions as well as ripping of consumers
