Be advised that Cricket Broadband Wireless blocks outbound SMTP (simple mail Transfer Protocol) traffic.

For non-techies, that means you will not be able to send outbound POP3 email from your Outlook or Outlook Express.

This is common among cheap hotels that fear their free Internet service will be used by spammers.

You must use browser-based email, or you must be running MS Exchange server.

To me this is not real Internet access, but a real bate-n-switch
