YES!!! it's a SCAM!!! "if it's too good to be true" it's a SCAM!

I received one in the mail, I won EU$600, 000.00 two years
ago. I did not even remember buying a ticket? and it's from
Spain's biggest LOTTERY one (run during christmas).

It's the "EL GORDO Sweepstakes Lottery" in Madrid, Spain?
How they got my home address, and name? I do not know.
I'm always careful of not giving my name and address even
in the internet. I found out they were "Nigerian Scammers"
a few days later it was on the local news here in Perth, Australia.

YES!!! it's a SCAM, my husband reported it to Authorities.
