This place has been a nightmare. All we wanted was our family to have cleanings. our insurance pays this 100% including the x-rays. We get a bill for everyone that we owe money!!! The office manager tells us what kind of services we need, isnt that the job of the dentist?? or us?? she has been giving us a more expensive cleaning so that we pay...even though we ask for the regular, free one. now I've gone in to ask for our x-rays (which again WE paid for) there are 4 or us. she wants $25 per x-ray to release them to us!! I paid for one, and she hands me a black and white photo copy she just printed up...paper and ink must have really gone up. DONT USE BRIGHT NOW IN FEDERAL WAY!!! They scam you into more expensive cleanings that are not covered by your insurance. then charge for everylittle thing they do
