I ordered a dresses for my wedding. They made promises and guarentee's then turned around and didn't send my dresses. They would keep telling me that they were in customs which was a lie. They told me that they had mailed them and they didn't. They charged me 2 times for my wedding dress. Then they didn't put the sleeves like I had asked them too. They told me that I would have all my dresses by the date that I needed. 2 days before my wedding I had to go buy 6 new dresses because they didn't keep their promises or guarentee's. I would not use this company as they are dishonest and then when they told me that they would send all the dresses at now charge and extras for the mistakes that they had made. I have yet to see any of this and they still have not refunded for all the dresses. They just ignore you and will not respond to you emails or phone calls. I have tried to find out what county they are in and city to file a complaint with the online BBB and can't find them at all. Before you order a dress that is at a lower price from them you need to look somewhere else. They are the most dishonest people I have talked to I have tons of emails that backs all of the promises and things that they were going to do to make it up and they have yet to see anything! Please trust me that they will not take care of what they say or keep promises that they say they will. It was very hard to have to go out and buy 6 dresses 2 days before your wedding when I found the true dresses on their website and then had to hurry 3 days before and not get my dresses. DON"T ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE DISHONEST!

TOTAL SCAM ! I was very skeptical about ordering a dress from this site, but against my better judgement did it anyway. I asked beforehand, if I was not completely satisfied, would I be able to return it with NO restocking fees, and I was assured yes. I received the dress, and the craftsmanship is horrible. The armholes were cut so much toward the front that 2 inches of my bra cups were exposed! I immediately wrote them, requesting a return authorization code. Kept telling me "Sorry, can you possibly go to an alterationist or wear a something underneath the dress" ! After several emails back and forth, and even though I copied the comment on their website about complete customer satisfaction, they refuse to give me a return code or the address where I can return it. I wrote a letter to the US Embassy in China asking for help, and was sent a list of attorneys in Shanghai. I have literally lost $200 for the dress and the expensive shipping & customs charges. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

The beginning of June I ordered 1 bridesmaid dress to ck the quality of the dress I liked before ordering 3 others... the dress came in COMPLETELY different than the picture on line... I figured this is how they make it now..I was going to do a little bit of alterations to make it look more like what I wanted (a pickup style) rather then the BALLOON style that I received.. I then proceeded to order the other dresses and one by one they were ALL different then the next... after shipping 2 dresses addressed to Pei Wu in CHINA and NOT getting refunded "as promised" for shipping these dresses back, AND getting a dress wrong twice I am FED UP!

My wedding is in Nov and I have 3 dresses that are all different than one another, and one dress that is 10 sizes smaller then I need... I have called/emailed and cannot get this companmy to make me a new dress in the size I need, and a pre-paid pkg to ship the other incorrect dress back to them... REALLY! I had to go bridezilla on some poor girl who is just a college student answering phones for this company out of Shang Hi! If I do not have a dress in 1 wk, I am packing all the dresses in a box and getting all my money back (dreams) and will have to go local to get a dress I dont care for... what a flippen JOKE this company is! I am out $50 already with shipping and they want me to ship a dress back again... NO WAY!

Paid extra to receive by dec 3. Still have not received. 7 days before the wedding and still not dress. Should i dispute this with my bank?

Please people do a couple of searches before you consider ordering. One search alone showed me this is a China based website that has all the same issues that Bridalblvd.com and Light in the Box have. Poor fit, poor quality, poor customer service. Per sitejabber as ONE example 9 out of 10 people had awful experiences ordering dresses. 1 person was happy. Final rating on that site 1 star of 5. There are so many other sites I could tell you about regarding Peridress. Do your research. I certainly wouldn't want to be the 9 other brides on my wedding day. It is shameful to ruin someones special day to cheat and steal, but they don't care. I just didn't want anyone to use that company off my post. I personally wouldn't risk it with those chances. If you want to purchase dress on line, I'd like to recommend Peridress to you. I have purchased my wedding dress from them. The dress arrived in time. I love it so much! It is great for such a price! My neighbor who was a seamstress was impressed about the work on my dress! I am so happy! I will purchase more dresses from Peridress in the future. Thank you so much. All of you can't miss it.

I agree I have a friend going thru this now and I can't believe we can't shut this place down but I guess cuz it is in CHINA. Isn't it illegal to say your in NY US and be in China? My friend ordered a dress and it is 3 inches smaller than it is supposed to be in the bust. The website says they will refund by fixing and pay for shipping charges. They told her she could just keep the too small dress as a refund and pay for a new one?, Why, she is not planning on removing her boobs? My friend has now seen all these other posts and will get a seamstress to fix so she is only out $100. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I was a little leary of ordering a dress online without being able to try it on and see it in person but decided to go ahead because I loved this dress so much. I gave my exacet measurements, and details that I wanted (the dress in red with lace up back, short train). I was told my requests were not a problem at all. I was kept informed throughout the entire process of the dress making. My questions were answered very promtly and the dress was shipped right on time. It can out BEAUTIFULLY! Like it was made exactly for me. It is obviously very well made and exactly like I envisioned. No one can believe the price I paid for such a beautiful dress. I am getting married in 7 days! Thank you Bridal Blvd for making my dream dress!
