The Law Offices of Brian Ballo takes your fees for mortgage modifications UPFRONT and then tell you that you don't qualify and do not refund you even though they initially tell you they have a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. They come up with some legal excuse to not give it back to you! HE CLAIMS THAT HE DOES NOT CHARGE UPFRONT FEES FOR LOAN MODS.. ITS CALLED SOME SUE PLUS LOAN MOD on the document i signed, but its really only a disguise for a LOAN MOD.. The Law Offices of Brian Ballo wants your fee UP FRONT! BEWARE! They also promise to perform a FORENSIC LOAN EVALUATION and then they don't do it. Also when these people were e-mailing me, it was only to get documents from me or asking for the balance of the retainer fee. Now I can't get anyone on the phone, no one will reply back to me when I e-mail. And I have made calls on top of calls to Brian Ballo's cell and no response or even a call back. It is oh so sad when someone can call themselves human, but yet turn around and take poor peoples hard earned money. These attorneys need to be prosecuted to the fullest degree. It they are in anyway involved. If anyone can help me, or set me in the right direction, on how to start contacting someone legal, to have charges brought against these law firms, please contact me.. Actually, it is highly doubtful that Mr. Rodriguez's comments are false. Even a quick google search reveals that Mr. Ballo has many negative comments/reviews and scam reports. Where there is smoke, there is usually fire. Based on your previous actions, had Mr. Rodriguez's comments really been false and libelous, you would have taken legal action. Why didnt you? Perhaps because TRUTH is an absolute defense.

This comment is totally false, and constitutes libel. The comment was made by a person who, himself, took advantage of distressed homeowners in connection with performing loan modifications. When I pointed out his wrongful actions, he made this false post. I have been a successful and reputable attorney for 28 years. I am in the process of challenging this post, and I hope to have it removed. It is unfortunate that someone can make a false post like this, then it takes tremendous effort to protect my good reputation. Brian Ballo, Esq.
