Complaint Rating:

I won 2 alarm systems on ebay and even ordered extra parts. Received 1 unit and extras but 3 window switches would not work. Called and left message took several days to return call and said would have to check and see why i only received 1 unit. No reply i called and sent emails and no one running then finally received email that other unit and switches were sent out on 11/23/06. Still have not received. Sent emails to get tracking number and for someone to call no reply. They kept me dangling till i could do nothing through ebay and paypal. Now this is my next step.
