Complaint Rating:

I wrote a letter of complaints to be addressed by H.R. which was exercising the open door policy. I worked there almost two years without a write-up or verbal or any reprimand of any kind. The next work day I was called to H.R. @ 10 a.m. after being in snack bar by myself all morning since 7 a.m. and was told fired please wait for check outside. I asked what for, no reason was given except "at will employee" no reason needed. I thought that expressing my concerns (that was going on since august) to management after waiting over two months for my direct supervior to handle situation without results wasn't being unreasonable. People told me I would be fired if I did. I read note by time clock about this and it stated that they are unable to retaliant in termination for a complaint. But they were very hostile and cheated me in my final check. they decided to address letter by cutting my full time schedule to two days a week.
