I, too, am victim of Bottom Line's strange habit of sending an unsolicited 2008 yearbook and dunned to pay for it. I've had other strange behavior out of them that could be the subject of another complaint.

I am another person Bottom Line Yearbooks is trying to make a victim. I sent them an email and told them I didn`t pay for free books, since the book was sent unsolicited, and got no response but I got a letter that they were going to turn me over to a collection agency. They never send their telephone number-I wonder why???
