Boost Mobile keeping my credit balance is not acceptable

After negotiating the endless prompts on your phone customer service line, I reached an agent. The reason for my call was to get my account number to facilitate porting my number to a different carrier. I had no issues with Boost besides access to customer service, but Sprint network has too many dead zones in my area that I could no longer live with. At the same time, I asked how to get a refund of the $15 credit that I had left on my Auto-Boost account for the purpose of paying for apps or music.

Apparently, I had left the money on account for too long so I was told there was no recourse. I demanded to be transferred to a supervisor and the slug who the call was transferred to was not rude but his lack of interest in my issue came through loud and clear with his tone and his responses. If that guy worked for Customer Service at any other company he would never have reached the level of supervisor. I wish I had recorded this, so I could send it to my friends in Customer Service as a demonstration of how your tone comes through when speaking to a customer. I finally asked for an additional contact to escalate my issue and was given an email address for [protected]@sprint. I sent an email on 1/5/17 and got a blank response.

The appropriate solution would have been to reverse my last payment for a full month of service and to rebill my account less the $15 credit. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau this morning and will continue to post my negative experience regarding Boost’s failure to return my money on every website that I can think of. This was the course of action I communicated to your Executive Team but apparently it did not make an impression.

My account is paid through the 21st. I imagine I could still download some music and apps that I don’t need rather than let Boost keep it, but I would rather have my $15. After taxes, this is 2 hours of pay for me and I don’t intend to let it be absorbed by a corporate entity that did nothing to earn it.

Boost Mobile mobile hotspot

I spent two hours on the phone, trying to add ten dollars to my data plan. The representative, was unable to add it to my account. They told me they would give me a credit of two gigs, for the time and trouble I spent. They lied. No credit, and I wound up having to fix the problem myself. The next day, I called and tried to add data to my phone, and the rep was able to fix it instantly, but no credit. Beware of this company. Spotty customer service, and they will lie to you, to try to keep you from complaining. God help you, if you ask to speak to a supervisor. They act like you want their first born son...

Boost Mobile cell phone

On Nov. 25, 2016 someone went inside boost mobile on 1908 m.l.k. Blvd and they used my debit card ending in 7237 and they put a phone in my name and when I contacted them and told them I don't have service with them they told me it want they problem and they owe me $118.86 but they don't want to put it back on my card and that anit right so I hope y'all can help me get it back and the person had told them that he took my card and he told them his name was Shawn smith

Boost Mobile boost mobile of ionia, michigan employees

Purchased new lgx power phone at this location (the last one they had) , on january 2 2017. The representative was more worried about putting the stupid, annoying, not needed advertising app on my phone than actually transferring my well over 500 phone numbers (which I paid extra for her to do) on to my new phone... Then after 3 long hours of trying to understand several very heavily accented people, who didn't know jack #### I gave up and now going to slowly enter my contacts one by one while I am venting all over facebook! I figure by tomorrow I will be so sick of this that I will return said phone and find a new company that gives their customers what they pay for and not this totally useless advertising app!

Boost Mobile iphone 5 return

Boost mobile. I have been using your services since 2011. Never have I had such a horrible experience as I am having now. The first thing I will address is your customer service representative Anne. She is very rude and unwilling to listen or look into the issues. I purchased an iPhone 5 online on 12/3/16. I received the phone on 12/7/2016. On 12/7/16 I contacted boost via email stating that I wanted to return the phone. I received a default email response so I called. I informed the representative that I wanted to return the iPhone 5 and purchase the IPhone 6. She said I could not exchange it and that I would have gave to return the iPhone 5 and purchase the IPhone 6. She said she would get the return number and send me the return shipping information. I waited for 2 weeks (longer than unusually considering the Holidays) I sent a followup email on 12/23/16 and received the same general reply. On 12/26/16, I received a call from Anne. She left a nasty voicemail. When she called back I explained the situation. She said I was beyond the 7 days and could not return the phone. I told her to research my file and see that not only did I send in an email on 12/7/16 but I also called. She told me to send her the information. We got off of the phone. I sent her the information and apparently she didn't do her research because she still refuse the return of the phone. I am in the process of contacted legal foundry and bbb to resolve this but I thought I'd give this a try first.

Boost Mobile data speed

Hi my name is alex roman phone number [protected] address 36 s howard st allentown pa 18102. And I been with boost mobile for 3 weeks already and im considering move to another company the srvices is no good. My data I very slow evertime I go either on youtube or the web browser the video or page takes a very long time to load I already call customer service and went threw the steps and im still having the same problems so I dont think im going to continue with boost mobile unless you can solve the problem

Boost Mobile hey

Well my name is christopher avery and on November 25 i went inside of the store and i payed $118.20 for two prepaid phones and come to find out my brother is having his phone number remove and he is putting on another company well then they told me they was turning my phone off on Monday and thats not right and i like the service but just because he is leaving boost mobile that dont give the right to turn my phone off

Boost Mobile overdraft

I got overcharged by $111.03 Buy Boost Mobile on my account my NetSpend card. My card number is [protected] I need my funds available as soon as possible. I've already told boost about their overcharge. Please call me David Keen if you have any questions at all. Like I said I have reported this to boost I had to call them many times to finally get through to a supervisor. And I finally got a hold of a supervisor. My number [protected] thank you.

Case # [protected].I David Keen handy amount of $111.03 taken out of my account on November 26th 2016 it was not the right amount. I called Boost Mobile and let them know I want to $60 in my account credited to my account on my debit card because they provided no receipt for that $60 so I told him I want to receive my money back. Because I did not authorize that money to be taken out without a receipt either printed or in writing so I would like to receive a credit for that amount to please thank you.

Boost Mobile boost mobile

Hi my name is joseph ross.
On november 30th 2016, I went to a boost mobile store on 11386 tara blvd hampton ga suit f to purchase a cell phone.In the process of the sale agent getting my purchase in order I later decided while I was still in the store that I did not want to go any further with the purchase after the agent swiped my credit card for $128.49.. The sale agent assured me that I will be debited and refunded my money between 3-5 business days. But unfortunately the money was never returned to my prepay credit card. I've called the store several times to resolve this matter but nothing was ever done. I was told by the boost sales agent to call my bank to see if the money was refunded. When I called my bank through netspend they said nothing was pending as a debit refund or posted back into my account..

Im feeling that the sales agent at boost mobile didn't know how to swipe my credit card back for a debit refund. I would like to be refunded my money back.

Boost Mobile it's cold outside waited 2 hrs to open

it happens every month late late waiting for store to open and they always late not 10 minute but an hour plus all the time 1115 liberty avenue brooklyn ny 11208 opened at 1126 am today when sign says 930 am people have to go to work and its freezing outside to wait all that time to open might switch companies if it resumes to happen I was the first of many people waiting please help

Boost Mobile very horrible customer service

I bought a new phone from boost mobile just for it to not properly work. When I try making a call it's drops, waseem said it happens on saturday because of tower updates but its not just on saturday this occurs more often then not. He told me when he looked up my address for service availability in my area that I was covered. Every time I go into the loris location they give me a run around and try swindling more money from me.

Boost Mobile lack of service

I purchased a phone from boost mobile. This phone has been nothing but a piece of junk. When I call the store where I purchased the phone, no one ever answers. I can't even get it to connect to the wifi in my house. It will not make phone calls, freezes up, and just pretty much won't work. Also, I was told that my bill would only be $45 a month with autopay. What a joke that is, it went from $45 to $52 and is now $57. This was all with no warning. My advice don't use boost they are total ripoffs!

Good Evening,

I am filing a complaint as I was provided misinformation after I purchased a iPhone 5 November 8th 2016 at location 7208 jones at Omaha Ne [protected]. Myra was the young lady that assisted me that day. I asked Myra what If I don't like the phone, Myra stated to me that I have 14 days to return it. I purchased the phone on Wednesday November 8th and request to get another phone on November the 13th. That is when Hannah the store manager told me they do not give refund on phones or exchanges. I attempted to call the store manager Dave in council bluffs he explained Myra has been with the company for several years and I must have misunderstood the workers conversation. I did not want a refund only to exchange my phone for a bigger one for work purposes. I only had the receipt advising differently after I had already purchased the phone. I am taking the time to file a formal complaint do to your staff providing me misinformation. I am requesting someone to please to contact me to mitigate the situation and to retain me as a customer .

Boost Mobile everything

I do not know where to start. I have called, asked, tried to get this resolved and they either cut me off or are rude to get rid of me. Ntelos sold out and boost mobile took over. My voice mail always says "disconnected so cannot retrieve my voice mail. " if I pick up phone can get call, but if goes to voice mail it tells caller number disconnected. What a mess! They keep saying will be 6 more hours. .2 months and not reslved. Every week for rest of my life I will find a place to complain. Starting with ripoff.com. Why is boost mobile preplan so bad. It is my emergency phone number.

Boost Mobile the costumer care and supervisors

I change my service 3 months ago and when I did your second month was suppose to be free well I still haven't received it and it's been 3 months ive been in the hospital for Brian cancer. All month today I was on the with them for 3 hours and they still didn't fix my problem or let me talk to a manager so I will not be useing your service any longer and. I got over 50 people which I will be takeing with me I have 5 daughters 4 son in laws a 4 grandkids just in my family alone who will be shutting it off the service and I have all my crew membes who have boost leaving boost mobile worse service I've ever had .

Boost Mobile boost deals

Subscribed to boost deals in March everything was gud .was getting the five dollars looking at the ads 20 days prior to 30 as qualified. Then the 5$ stopped going into my account. Called those blood suckers took me 4 calls just to be told I wasn't getting the credit s I deserved. Before that they billed me twice. Got my money back . But not the boost deals. Money they took was 50$ money owed to me is 15$ which would u rather pay?

Boost Mobile unethical behavior

I was with Straight Talk for the last few years. Always paid for the unlimited plan with 5gb of data. Had to call customer service and that alone made me switch to Boost Mobile... wow, seems like the same customer service reps. Rude on the phone, won't get a supervisor, can't understand half of what they are saying, always wanting to talk over you and read the same crap over and over from the screen.
We never used more than 5gb of data with straight talk, no matter what phones we used. With Boost mobile, we used 5gb in less than 2 weeks and we never changed the way we use our phones. I was told by the customer care rep (if I heard them correctly) that there is an app from boost mobile that uses the internet in the background, and that mixed with our normal usage is what took all the data. Then they were nice enough to off me more data at a fee.
If I fill my car at a gas station once a month for 3 years with no change in price and it lasts me a month, then I go to a different gas station in the same car and fill up at the same price and it only lasts me 2 weeks...why in the heck would I pay for more gas from the same gas station? And also, where did the other 2 weeks worth of gas go, i'm still driving the same, going the same places. either someone is stealing my gas or there was a lot of air pumped into my tank.
In this case, I believe the Boost Mobile app pre-installed on the phone is stealing the data so that I have to buy more data, and that is a rip off in my opinion.
They hung up on me twice, the supervisors are as ignorant and rude as the customer care reps, and they will fight you if you ask for a supervisor, not that they help anyway, they just repeat off the screen what the ccr said.
I'm going to a different company as I suggest the rest of Boost Mobiles customers do. All that and I kept losing service and connectivity, and I own a mobile electronics repair business, so i'm not ignorant to how these devices work, its just Boost Mobile, its a bad company!

Boost Mobile phone has no coverage anymore galaxy s3

September 26, 2015 was the last time I had coverage at my home. I called Boostmobile and they had me turn off my phone turn on my phone, enter codes, take out battery then I got dissconnected, this has happened twice, then one time they told me the would give me a call back, Im still waiting(its 8/24/16), I have been with boost for 14 years and now I have been having the worst experience with them, I have called them many times, and each time it is useless, I still have problems with my phone. I only have service 10 hours of the day and the rest of time when I am at home no service at all, they cant explain what happened, I have never dropped or had any viruses on my phone, I treat my phone like a human(sic). To this day Boostmobile has not emailed me, called me or texted me about this unresolved problem.

Boost Mobile boost reboost card

On Aug 2nd, I purchased a $45.00 played for it went home, called boost to enter the reboots cards number!
I received a message saying that they received the forty five dollar reboots card number, I thought everything was ok so like always I throw the used card and my store receipt away in the trash!
This morning when I woke up I went to go use my phone and it had been shut off, so I called boost and was told that they didn't receive any money
