BoomStreet luminous watch

I ordered a $15 luminous watch from shop.us ( formally Boomstreet. I got verification that they received the order, got billed for it on May 3rd but have not received anything else from them. I have sent numerous emails and called to no avail. I will now cancel the order form my credit card.
I know it's a small amount but this is a ridiculous way to run a business. Seems they keep changing their names when they get so many complaints. Wish I looked them up ahead of time on complaints.

BoomStreet Solar Power Banks

In Sept 2016 I ordered 2 of these products with payment and received confirmation from Boomstreet...no conf number on the acknowledgment. Products never received. Sent NUMEROUS emails. Received a reply saying they are sorry. I have sent several telling them to refund my money since I have not received the items. They choose to NOT respond to my demands for my money back.

BoomStreet Women's slim fit hoodie

I ordered this item in light gray on Feb 3, 2017 from an online site called Boomstreet.com. I never received my item. I left 2 email comments asking where my order is, and never heard back from them. I was charged for this item, but can't get a response from the company. I called both customer service numbers listed, [protected] and [protected], and both are disconnected. I don't have a client # or item # due to the fact that they don't issue one. Please help me resolve this issue.

BoomStreet Money was taken but no product delivered

I've attempted to contact this company several times and have not had a response yet. Right now, I am pretty livid because they have taken my money on 12/16/16 but I still have yet to see the product or any status or response to what had happen. As of today 1/11/17 still I haven't received any feedback from to the emails I have sent. I have sent a request for a refund to my credit card today. I will be unsubscribing from these advertisements and contacting my bank immediately.

Same thing happened to me! I ordered this item in light gray on Feb 3, 2017 from an online site called Boomstreet.com. I never received my item. BoomStreet Headphone purchase charge for undelivered and now unwanted merchandise

To whom it may concern:
On Wednesday, December 14, 2016 I unintentionally ordered two pairs of headphones for $37¬¬¬ each. When attempting to process the order for one pair on the Boomstreet website, their processing software told me the website was experiencing problems “try again.” So, I went back through the process a second time, with the identical result. After the second failed attempt, I purchased the headphones from another source. The other source delivered the headphones without incident. On Friday, the 16th, I noticed Boomstreet debited my account for the purchase of two sets of headphones for a total of $74 in charges. I immediately wrote the customer service support line to undo the charge, and I was assured, via email on December 23rd, that it would be handled. However, the email misinterpreted the problem and suggested the order would be corrected and I would receive one pair of headphones. I wrote back on the same day and re-explained the problem. Because I received no acknowledgement of the contact, I resent the email on December 27th. I resent the email on December 30th, and January 5th. Still no response, and no credit to my account. On Friday the 6th I notified Boomstreet that their failure to address the charges for merchandise I did not receive would result in complaints and legal proceedings if necessary. I am writing you to enlist your help. I am pursuing multiple avenues, but I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can offer.

BoomStreet Very bad experience

I have ordered something from BoomStreet and had a terrible experience with these guys. They said I'll get my order within two weeks but two weeks passed and nothing arrived. When I contacted BoomStreet customer care service they assured me everything was fine and that I'll get my item any time soon. Another two weeks passed and my item finally arrived, but it was all broken and damaged! I contacted them again and sent a picture and they offered me a replacement. I said I wanted a refund, but their rep said that replacement was the only option, so I agreed.
I sent the damaged item back and was supposed to get a replacement, but weeks passed and there was nothing. BoomStreet stopped replying to my messages. Never again!

BoomStreet Rip off

Placed and order and never got it.
Emailed BoomStreet several times and also phoned but there was no response. I waited patiently for over a month and in the end emailed BoomStreet again asking for a refund. Again - no reply.
Then I left many negative feedback online and also contacted the police.
Finally - I was contacted by BoomStreet! The guy I spoke to was nasty and rude. I told him that I was just about to contact my credit card company and that was the end of our conversation. These people ripped me off and I'll do the same thing with them!

BoomStreet Completely useless customer service.

I purchased headphones from BoomStreet. Shipping was extremely slow and it actually took them two months to deliver the headphones, but I did get them. Headphones were damaged so I contacted BoomStreet customer service and I requested to send them back. They said that I can send them back, but there will be no refunds, they could offer only a store credit. I refused, because I don't need their credit. I will never buy anything from them again. Item I received was damaged and it is not my fault. Thy are responsible for it. Completely useless customer service.

BoomStreet Credit from ncrowd

I had a credit from ncrowd, plum district, Whatever they want to call themselves today. I couldn't find it, so I emailed them, which is now boomstreet. They told me they just acquired the name and couldn't give me my credit. Well I paid for a product never got it, issued me a credit and now someone has my money and they are refusing to give it to me. The product that I tried to buy but got voided is right there in my account. You can see it under my account in boomstreet so it should be easy to give me my credit.

If you look their name up, you will see a lot of the same comments. They have done this before, I think this is their third name Change now. Their offices are down the street from their original office, so that lends you to believe they file bankruptcy and then change their name. Unsuspecting people don't know this until it is too late, which is what they count on. Getting a class action lawsuit is hard to do but it can be done. It is a little time consuming and you have to get an attorney that will take the case. I am sure if you can get it started, you will find a lot of people to join. I don't know how and if you can do it to an Internet company. Let me know what you find out.

I had $140.10 credit with Boomstreet and now their site is down so I cannot use it. Please let me know the next step to take to get this money back since they are going out of business? I'm so devastated and really want to file with BBB but not sure if that would help. Please advise. Thanks!

6 weeks ago I placed an order for over $100. The phone numbers [protected] and [protected] are useless. I demand a refund or the items I paid for. I will be reporting this to the Ohio Attorney General's office to correct this situation.

I paid for/never received over $100 worth of items from boomstreet.com. The customer service phone numbers were useless and provided no way to contact them (the site says closed for maintenance) I am extremely upset that I was taken advantage of. I demand my money back or a full refund. If anyone has contact w/boomstreet let me know. I am seriously considering driving to the address to rectify situation. Someone will pay for ripping me off!?

I also purchased an item that never shipped, I got credit and then they, nCrowd, closed with no warning and sold the name to Boomstreet. I bet there are people still working or in ownership from the old name. They kept $104.65 of my money. The fact that they kept quiet about the new name tells you that they had too many accounts to pay out and walking away was easier. Damn crooks! I would like to file a class action suit against Boomstreet/nCrowd. Can't do small claims as it costs more than the loss. If anyone wants to file, leave a comment and let's run them out of business.

Don't do business with this company! There are reputable companies like Groupon and Livingsocial that have great deals that you actually get.
