Horrible Sales, Customer Care, Deliver Staff

Hi Everyone,
This is the first time that I am using this forum and I am hoping that it will help people stop and think about buying furniture from Bob's Discount Furniture. My girlfriend and I spent over $3, 500 on a dining room set, living room set and bedroom set in one visit. The Sales Representative promised that everything would be delivered on our move-in date of Saturday, September 12, 2009. Since I'm creating this post, you can guess that we ran into a ton of problems.
First, the delivery team forgot to load a foot board which made it impossible for them to build the bed. We were then forced to sleep on the floor for 4 days because it was not convenient for them to deliver it sooner. One of the nightstands that we purchased, wasn't even on the order! Also, the dining room table was chipped and warped. Since it is now on back order, my girlfriend and I have to call them once a week to see the status of receiving a new table. Their Customer Care staff is smug, rude and intolerable. They will promise you a call back and you can be waiting for that phone call for over a year. Also the only compensation that they will offer for your troubles is a gift card to their store. DO NOT SHOP THERE PEOPLE!!! YOU WILL GET SCREWED!!!
