He organises Concrete Pumps to work under Bluestone Constructions then says that the company does not have the money to pay on the particular job site and does not pay them. Because he has so many similar companies you don't know for which one you are actually working for, you can take him to court but if you pick the incorrect company you don't have a leg to stand on, even if you have the right company he makes sure that there is no money under that entity so he can't pay you, although he still works under the other companies and gets an income.
He has nearly sent 5 Concrete Pumps bust because he owes them so much money, alltogether over $150K.
He is very cunning and knows all the laws so unless you have heaps of money to take him to court there is no use proceeding.
How does he sleep at night knowing he owes all that money and won't pay.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Seems this guy has a history with getting trades in then folds his multiple companies only to keep the money for himself.
He uses excuse after excuse nothing is too low him .
I only wish I saw these comments before I did any work for him. It would of saved me a lot of headache and stress!
Even the clients are going to be in trouble as there won’t be any warranty on work provided.
He never answers his phone or emails only sends texts with excuses that he’ll call you back but never does.

Bruce Oaklands you are a terrible terrible person, ripping off hard working and honest people time and time again. You should be really ashamed of yourself. We were ripped off when Canada Bay Constructions Pty Ltd went into Liquidation... We hadn't ever even heard of this company. I don't know how you sleep at night.

Bruce has placed Oakland built into liquidation this week. Not paying his trades for more than $250, 000 combined. This man also has no money owns nothing either does the business yet he lives on a multi million dollar property, cars everywhere ie a hq tow truck he just fixed up costing tens of thousands a brand new gmc truck also brand new Range Rover also v8 rave Utes and 2 other cars shown on his facebook page in a brand new garage built and finished no later then December last year including huge new gates to his property and a huge driveway and of course a security system to hide from the world. He also boasts how much he spent on his wife for Valentine's Day and what she bought him in the tens of thousands again. Expensive holidays including helicopter rides for his family. Also he posted the sponsorship of a v8 supercar driver through oaklands built, this fell through but I'm sure he still has some sponsorship in th super2 series with this driver. This is all with having no money nothing not a cent. If that's nothing I will take 10% please. Spending all the money he owes trades, my money and also 10 or more other companies money we worked for. This man is the most full of it human on earth. Do yourself a favour and don't work for him as you will not be paid at all.

Where is the proof ? It is very easy to hide behind a FAKE name and make statements that are false and defame someone. Someone seems to be very jealous of what cars are in the driveway, what i do everyday and how my serval businesses are extremely successful and some are not even in the construction industry. I look forward to you contacting me on my phone anytime to discuss your issues and reveal whom you are writing all thin rubbish. Bruce Oaklands it's up to his usual tricks it seams. Can't pay his trades who worked on a childcare project. Aircon company, sparkie, glaziers and the list keeps going. Bruce can support a v8 supercar driver and a team as we found out today with funds and loves to tell everyone. Do not work for Bruce Oaklands way to many times he does not pay.

Bruce Oaklands is at it again. We did a big job for him just finishing about 4 months ago. He still owes us $40000.00.
He keeps lying to us saying he will pay. Then he says oh come on I've paid everything up to here.
Then he tried to use his wifes illness to stall paying. Just lie after lie.
We are going to take this to a current affair. Would hate for anyone else to go through this.

He is a liar and Good at what he does as far as cheating the system. He robbed his own kids of child support and has no conscious. I feel sorry for anyone that has dealt with this man as he has left a trail of people that are owed money and have had their businesses ruined because of him. All while he drives expensive cars, lives in lavish houses and he owns NO money. Puts everything in trust accounts or his wife's name. She is just to blame for allowing such coward dealings.
I was in dispute with him and he came to the party and settled it with me as he was getting all the work from Hightade who went bust for 80 million. It took time for him to pay but he did.
