3 days ago I noticed that the company Bluesnap Nicosia charged me for some order, which I never bought from them. The charge was about $30 and I have no idea for what. I sent emails to the seller, but no response. I sent messages through the website, but again no reply. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

It happened to me too...I use Magisto video online, and they use the blue snap for the annual charge...the email search worked like a champ...

Hello. I was just checking my banking account when I noticed that a charge of $34.90 has been made and I have absolutely no idea of how it happened. I never knew that BlueSnap (or whatever it's called) was a credit card processing company. And if it really is, I should have been noticed before any transactions was made from my card. So please, all I'm asking is my money back and nothing else.
Thank You

John Aff's comment above is correct. I followed his recommendation to search my email and sure enough my "BlueSnap" charge of $9 was a legitimate charge for purchasing an online PDF Converter software. Thank you for that suggestion John.

Guys this is BlueSnap credit card processing company. You probably ordered something from online website which is using BlueSnap as a processing service. So it shows BlueSnap in your credit card statement as a name for the charge.

Remember to check your email address and search for "BlueSnap". You must have received an email confirmation from them at the time of your purchase online.

Hi Guys the same on me, I blocked my card and this morning I'm going to the bank to cancel this payment . It pissed me off they took 95 € . No idea how it happened . Now I think it will take 1 or 2 weeks before getting the money back.

Hi this happened to me today from this company for the amount of $84 I would think that somehow someone's got a hold of our credit card details from when we've used it online before and is charging things to us. Make sure you cancel that card and contact the bank so they can launch an investigation and hopefully get your money back.
