Some one pleeeease help me and let me know how to retrieve MY FREE ITEMS that are entitled to me. I have no way of contacting someone at their headquarters because they never let me speak to a manager or supervisor. Who do I contact regarding this issue? RE: Account#

I opened an account with Blue Hippo in April 2006. I saw an advertisement on television placed the company, BlueHippo, which stated, that they were selling personal computers on a payment plan, which was to be convenient to the buyer. The ad claimed the buyer only needed a checking account to be eligible for the payment plan. It also informed the public that after a buyer made five monthly installment payments he or she would receive a computer. The ad never announced what the monthly payments would be.
After viewing the TV commercial on 4/26/06, I called Blue Hippo and received offers on several different PC’s. Each computer came with it’s own payment plan and price. I choose a Gateway computer at the price of $2, 385.96 with a payment plan of $43.98 per week for 54 weeks and with a $99.00 initial deposit. It was also promised that once I have paid off the computer in full that I would receive a free color printer, flat screen TV and $900.00 rebate.
Once the account was established and a payment schedule was agreed upon, I made about 15 weekly payments, which was deducted automatically from my checking account, but received no computer. This is three times stated amount of payments in which Blue Hippo said would allow buyers, in order to receive possession of the computers, they are purchasing. Despite the obvious contradiction between the company’s TV ad and the way it handled me, I remained a loyal customer. I continued to make weekly payments until I became unemployed. At this time, I mailed and faxed a written request, asking that BlueHippo stop making the payment withdrawals from my checking account. This request was totally ignored by the company, leaving my account overdrawn.
Once I obtained employment, I mailed in a request for my BlueHippo account to be reinstated. I sent BlueHippo new banking information with clear instructions to begin payment withdrawals on a specific date. Again, Blue Hippo totally ignored my instructions. BlueHippo withdrew the reinstatement payments too early and caused my account to be overdrawn again. I responded to this total disregard of my personhood, by sending several letters detailing my experience with BlueHippo and instructing them to stop the withdrawals from my checking account.
I received no correspondence from BlueHippo. I called the company several times as well requesting to speak to a supervisor, but was denied that opportunity. Throughout this period of calling and writing, I received no response from Blue Hippo.
Finally in February 2008, I was able to contact a Mr. Harry Bennett, who assured me that I would receive a full refund of all monies paid. Needless to say, no refund was delivered to me.
In March 2008, I spoke to Jose Id# 205, who then informed me that I am now all of a sudden, not entitled to a refund.

This is a clear miscarriage of justice. I have been very patient with this company and received nothing but deceit in return. This was my last warning to Blue Hippo. If Blue Hippo did not refund the total amount in which I have paid which is $714.72, I threatened to post this story all over the web and report this to the Pennsylvania & Maryland news/newspapers.
The better business Bureau has already been informed of this matter and has made several attempts to reach someone within the company, however received no response. My next contact will be to the Attorney General in Maryland as well as Pennsylvania.

Thank you,

Nichol
