I purchased a computer from Blue Hippo. I did pay it in full on time with no late payments.I paid it off on 11/02/07. Since then I have been trying to get my " FREE ITEMS" which consists of a printer 20" flat screen TV, And a $300.00 dollar rebate. those Items are why I bought the computer. When I call the customer service line I get the same answer my file is in review and i should begetting my free items shortly. Surprise i finally got the printer after 5months of calling 2 or 3 times a week. I still call trying to get the rest of my free items. Somebody needs to put a stop to this company and help the people who were lied to and get our money back. Im not pissed off I am really F&%^$#@ pissed off.
