unauthorized charge
I bought flowers from them off their website and for months i was being charged $9.95 a month without realizing it until i decided to check my transactions one day and saw this charge that i did not know what it was for. After some searching again on the net i found out what it was and that many others have also been caught in their scam. I really hope there is something that can be done for us all.

The same thing happened to me. Apparently when I bought flowers a year ago that was my sign up with a recurring fee of 9.99. I was never told this. It’s a total scam. Shame shame. Bad company.
UNETHICAL AND DECEPTIVE! AVOID (IF YOU CAN) I ordered flowers for my bookkeeper, whose father died of Covid. The flowers arrived as planned, but so did a monthly $9.95 membership to Bloom Discounts. Just to be clear, I'm not exactly ignorant about online commerce. I work in web media. Tricking people to enroll in a membership business is bad business. Web buttons should be clearly marked and users should get a confirmation, along with a notice that their credit cards are being charged. I got none of that for the second enrollment. In fact, because of the website design, it's hard to avoid.
I ordered flowers for my cousin's funeral in Virginia . I really don't understand why I was being charged the 9.95
I am getting monthly unauthorized charges from Blooms reward, whatever, I have contacted my lawyer. It will be a contingency fee. My lawyer and I must gather many plaintiffs for this. Please let me know if anybody would like to participate.
I will not settle this in ADR within tactics. I am taking action!
You have been charging my debit card for well over a year in the amount of 9.99 a month and i never authorized it, Please cancel all any subscription that you THINK i authorized and credit it me the 9.99 for all months you have been withdrawing without my permission or I am turning this over the the BBB.

Same thing happened to my wife. We contacted our credit card company to remove this charge and they stated that they had dealt with this issue in the past.
This company is scamming people. You don't realize until you have gone through the process of ordering that you will forthwith automatically we charged $9.95 a month unless you cancel in 15 days. I, of course, became tied up with work forgot to cancel and now have been a charged $9.95 a month for several months. The most expensive flowers I EVER purchased and they refused to remove the charge from my credit card.
BBB needs to pull them off the internet.
In early June 2008, I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter. Shipment was sent. I was encouraged to join the the bloomsreward connection for $9.95 a month. I have been billed $9.95 on my credit card six(6) times, twice a month since then. Although I requested bloomsreward cancel my plan in July 2008.
I have made several attempts to contact customer service, however, to this date all my attempts have been to no avail.
Unless I receive a full refund to all these charges, I will be contacting the Virginia Attorney General Consumer Fraud Division, as well as the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission in Washington.
I believe it's time to send a message to this Company.
Same company as BloomsRewards.com and IdentityWorldwide.com. They share all your card and personal information as well as make unauthorized charges to your accounts without any verification of card ownership. IdentityWorlwide.com claims to be protecting your accounts and and identity yet they themselves practice the very business they claim to be protecting you from. Tread lightly when buying flowers. This company WILL give your information to others who DO charge you without ANY verification.
Complete SCAM! All I wanted to do is send flowers to my girlfriend. They use marketing tricks to and "discounts" to get your attention. When I looked on the credit card statement I was charged $9.99 for some membership that I didn't wanted or needed. When I called to cancel it, they told me I cannot cancel until two weeks after I signed up. They would not refund my money either! Very disappointed and will NEVER use them again!
