My flowers that i ordered didn't arrive they told they deliver it on same day but we didn't receive any... so disappointing this people are horrible... they didn't call you at all...

Mine didn't arrive either! I missed my aunt's birthday. It's impossible to get hold of them. Their business hours are ridiculous, I left messages three days in a row and they never called me back. I finally spoke to an extremely rude online operator who hung up on me (Geri). She told me they didn't send the flowers because they didn't have my aunt's phone number, but the original operator who took my order specifically told me they didn't need the phone number and they would just leave the flowers on the doorstep if she wasn't home. The company was completely unwilling to do anything to resolve the issue.
