They refuse to send a validation of debt and did not give sufficient time for answer for validation of debt before stating a court case against me. Send a summons with only 5 days to answer instead of the normal 20-30 days that is given to answer a debt. Trying to sue me on a debt that is beyond SOL. Also refuse to give the name of the attorney on the summons form only gave a number, the summons form did not have an complaint attached to it, and filed a case back in 2010 of October and now just getting information about the law suit.

Blitt and Gaines is surely a ripoff! This company began garnishing my check in early 2006 for a debt I incurred in 1992, approximately 20 years ago. This was of course a debt that they bought from Nationwide Castle Corporation, another ripoff company that financed the car I bought for $19, 000. The actual car was $7, 995 at a 26% interest rate. Back then I was young, frantic and dumb, but that's neither here or there. Now you do the math. In 2006, Blitt and Gaines started garnishments in 2006 at the grand price of $198 bi-weekly, which is a total of $396 a month. From 2006 until now, 2012, that lousy company has collected a total of $28, 512 for that car, which is well over the price of that car.. The amount owed on the car was $19, 000 and they have overcharged me $9, 512. I figured I did the right thing in paying that car off and by doing the right thing, I got screwed. I am now out of my shell of procrastination and I am on fire. I am going to sue that lousy company for what I can get from them. When I called that lousy company requesting my file, I was told that the company could not give me access to my file and that I would have to get a lawyer. I was also told that at the interest rate of the garnishment, I will never be done paying them off. What type of crap is that. Their thieves, corrupt, greedy and just overall morally bankrupt and they need to be destroyed by being taught a lesson.

Sincerely,

Johnathan Eric Myers; Pissed, angry and ready to kick their ###.

This loser has spammed 111 different complaints pitifully begging for clients, just in the past couple of hours (it'll be up to 200-plus before the day is out, most likely). Obviously zero real clients to do real work for and actually earn a living.

Don't fall for the pathetic spamming ### above offering to steal your money in exchange for a two-second Google search on how to resolve bogus debt collection attempts.

Anyone this desperate to scrounge up new suckers, who can't even afford to pay for legitimate advertising and doesn't respect himself or his business enough to present it properly and ethically is not going to give you much for your money.
