i have tryed for a week to log back into my paid account.they will not seen away for me to get back into the site.it always go back to log on new again.

hell it's bad to trust people and machines .every thing you do these days or bad dealing you lose more than you put in .money will make people do anything.at lease add away for people to log back on to the site and please respond to e-mails. because the site is no good...

I want a refund for the site and for the lawyer site they said was only 5 dollars and they charged me 46 extra dollars this is the worst experience I have ever been in.I am scared for my life and getting scammed by black people meet and a lawyer site.Wow.

As of 6/3/2023 I'm experiencing the same issue BPM state they can't verify my phone number after I paid for a 1 month subscription. I've filed a BBB Complaint and called the number that's listed on the BBB website; several emails have been sent with a screenshot of the message. My next step will be the FCC somethings not kosher hence the reason no actual person other than a voicemail that won't get you to a live person. Quite peculiar how they had no problem taking my credit card to pay for a full subscription ...I'll contact my Bank and dispute the fee...issue solved.

I canceled my subscription within the allocated time period LAST YEAR. A year later, I should not been charged a subscription fee and requesting a full refund of the fee. I still have paid membership but black people meet keeps forbidden me to log into my account. Nothing has changed on my phone its there site that won't let me back in my account. I really think this is a practice for them to kick you out of your account so when they decide to fix it, your paid time has expired. Second time in a week they have done this to me and I shouldn't have to keep contacting them to fix what they should not have done in the beginning. So aggravated

I just registered with them three days ago I had the same problem I can log on anymore it keeps saying invalid password our username and I know I am putting in the correct information I got on my sit one time to download pictures after that I haven't been able to log back on I am scared because they have my photos most of all they have my credit card number I have tried my best to find a phone number to call them and speak with someone does anyone know what I can do to talk to a live person this is such a scam!

I cancelled my membership well over a week before the renewal date. I followed the instructions to take down my profile and cancel the automatic payment. I hadn't been on the site since I cancelled, but I just say on my bank statement that they charged me for another month and caused my account to overdraft! I called People Media: [protected]; option 5 and the rep was very nice, but when I explained my situation, she stated that they have a strict no refund policy! I battled back in forth until she refunded the renewal fee, but stated that she couldn't do anything about the overdraft! To make matters worse, they don't send cancellation confirmation to your email. I am going to report them to my bank, and to BBB! Never using this site or any other like it, EVERYTHING AGAIN!

I originally joined blackpeoplemeet.com in March 2013 and set up for automatic monthly renewal with a credit card and instead of taking the monthly renewal, they took 37.00 for 6 months renewal and I immediately cancelled my subscription to end at the end of that timeframe and cancelled automatic renewal of my credit card and then just 2 days ago, they charged my credit card another 18.99 for monthly renewal fee. Now why in the hell would I be charged a monthly fee when they already charged my card for a 6 month renewal fee on March 23, 2013 that was for 6 months to end 09/22/13? I have sent an email to customer service but based on the comments that I am reading, I think that I am going to have to dispute the charges with my bank and report them to the better business bureau and the federal trade commission as fraud. I am going to give them 24 hours to respond and if I don't receive a response via email, then I will try calling the customer service # I found of [protected] and speak to a live person. One way or another, I will be getting my money back! Modern technology is suppose to be a good things but I think I might go back to the stone age and started writing checks for anything that I have to pay and if I can't pay it using the U.S. Postal Service, then I'll do it in person.

This is awful how BlackPeopleMeet is ripping people off. I joined and after a month followed instructions to remove myself from the site. About three months later a friend said he seen my picture on the site again. I followed the instructions again and had it removed. Now it is Christmas and those f... took $59 plus out of my account after I had cancelled. I sent an email and haven't got any response. I am writing a letter and dropping it in the mail tomorrow. I thoroughly read the contract and it is deceiving as to how to cancel your membership. They say on the website if you want to cancel follow the directions and they lead you through the process. Well, that is what they make the consumer believe. As I continued to read the fine print it in the contract it says that your prescription will not be valid if you do not remove your picture (which I am glad I did). But that is sooooo misleading... That is deceitful act toward the consumer, making them believe they have been removed, yet by the contract they are not. Then to continue to make all aware of their trickery, per the contract they restrict the consumer to file any complaint about BlackPeopleMeet.. With all the complaints they are getting from the consumers, there should be something someone can do. But with all the complaints there has to be something we can do to get our money back. I will file a complaint at the BBB and go online and fill out a form to file a class action. So for all Californians keep the look out...

I am ###ing piss off when i join www.ourtime.com and i paid through western union and have all the proof with my copy of the form with me but they will not upgrade my account yet and i send them a several email but they won't reply to my mail yet and won't upgrade my account, i am ###ing piss off and also think it a scam, i don't know what to do ...michelle.

I would call the Visa bank to verify that the card have funds and use this as a proof that their website wasn't functioning properly.

My issue with BlackPeoplemeet is that they suddenly removed my profile. My profile did not include any objectionable language notions or anything else that is negative.

My profile that they removed 2 days after I joined their services, was in perfect conformance to all their rules.

I spoke to their so called tech support person and he advised that they had no record that they removed my profile. He questioned the email that I got from them thinking it might be not from them!

BlackPeoplemeet tech support ask me to give him REMOTE ACCESS TO MY COMPUTER so that he would check the email I received! Of course, I refused and asked him to tell me the steps he want to perform and I'll perform them. He only asked me to verify the source of the email that notified me that my profile wasn't approved.

I asked him to restore my profile again he said he can't and asked me to call l1 [protected]...he said 'they can restore your profile'. It turned out that this number is AOL number!

I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Dallas soon. Will let you know what happens!

Seems that I should not use their service since I am experiencing problems without even purchasing yet!? Their credit card process boots me back out with a "your credit card has been declined" Yeah, sure. So, it was good for the other 10 places I used it today, but YOU ALL say its declined. Then (like an ###) I go to buy another visa card and THAT one was also declined. Seems like they place all these ads on TV for Match.com Christian Singles and this one/Blackpeoplemeet ALL by the same company, but they can't keep up with fixing whats wrong

I also am having the same problem, it logs me in but the second I click on something it logs me back out. I am furious! I paid my money to what I thought was a true dating site. Ugh, and I met a really cute guy the night before lol but SERIOUSLY I'M SO MAD. I wish there was something I could do to get my money back.

I have sent several emails to Tech Support, Customer service and have sent myemail address to their web site for password reset, no response going on 4 days now, they are scamming to charge your account again. They should be investigated and made to pay restitution to those they have hussled.

My account is doing the same thing everytime when I log in it lets me in then it logs me out and ask for my credit card number to log back in the same problem you bare having. I don't get it either are they debiting your account over and over and it will hit all at one time. You are so right you can't talk to anyone about this. But you still get email correspondence. Are they serious?

constantly been loged out of my sight.they keep asking me for my credit card number to log back in .and tonight my account is closed they are asking me to login for the special, when i went on the sight on Dec.31 for 6 months.now it's only 3 month passed and, now my account has been closed.On this site you can't speak with any one to get information on what's going on with your account.
