BizChair rocker / recliner chair

False and misleading advertising. Bizchair does not sell "quality" furniture. Bizchair does not stand behind their products and honor their warranty. Bizchair has very bad/poor customer service. Bought a chair from them and it came defective (poor quality). After a few months, within the first year (under warranty) the back bracket broke. Disappointed and dissatisfied.

Kindly request the tracking number of FedEx to find out what happened.
I never received the tracking number of the shipment and could not find in your website (whic is not friendly at all) a site to address this problem

BizChair Bad way to do business

I bought a chair from BizChair as a present and when it arrived it looked a big different from what I saw on their website. I contacted customer service and told them that I did not like the chair and wanted to return it back. They said that was possible but then they said that they don't give return labels so I have to pay for the return shipping. I paid for shipping and sent the chair back and when I received my refund there was not enough! I contacted them again and they said that they took a restocking fee.
Return process is a total joke! Not only I paid for shipping but I also received an extra charge. Very bad way to do business.

BizChair Recliner

Buyer beware!
bought chair. Thought wow great price. Leg mechanism not
functional. Call rude rep. Asked to send photos we did. Emails
back and forth. Company wanted us to cut a big whole in chair
and send back. We wouldn't because there was nothing wrong
with chair just mechanism. Back and forth correspondence.
Contacted credit card. Opened a case. They finally picked up chair.
Have the audacity to tell us the chair works fine and...Will be refunding minus freight shipping to and from...Absolutely not! and hello there was free shipping to us in the first place! scam company beware. Trying to save you all the red tape we have to go through. Oh we will get every penny we paid back from bizchair.Com that we paid in full!
save yourself a headache go some place you can trust!

BizChair Unethical behaviour

I ordered 7 white folding chairs on 9/8, i recieved an email that i will recieve it at 9/11, great, no? I ended up to recieve the chairs on 9/ 21/ I called up the company they should atleast waive me the shipping cost, after all i piad 20 dollars shipping fee, the response of the company was, that they do not guarantee shipping arivals. so i guess i should recieve my shipment 14 days later, because there is no guarantees. You guys should make sense out of it. Ok, once the chairs arrived, the story didnt ended. I opened the box and the chairs were black spotted, it looked used chairs, so i called up the company, so they told me to take soap and to scrub it up. so i hired a cleaning lady to do so. so i thought that i am buyingnew clean chairs, no i had to clean them, again no responsibility. I am very annoyed by this company. Be aware

BizChair They have stupid return policy

Don’t do business with the company www.bizchair.com. I have ordered two desks, but one of the desks was defective. And it was seller’s fault. But under their policy, I needed to pay all expanse of the return shipping. I tried to explain that it wasn’t my fault, but they didn’t care and told to pay. But I wanted to warn that the sum was rather high ad for me it was easier to buy another desk from more professional company.

BizChair Returns Policy

Worst returns department I have ever dealt with. After purchasing two $140 items and getting charged $140 in shipping to recieve the product, I find out these are not what I had initially thought they were. Should be a simple call tag, but they insist on charging me another $140 to return the product. So now I can either keep the $425 worth of product that I have absolutely no use for or I can be $325 in the hole for returning them. This company is the WORST!

BizChair Returns

I am very disappointed in Biz Chair and Shermag. This was purchased as a baby shower gift and turned out, not be the product we had hoped it was. Trying to return the product was a failure. It took 2 weeks of me constantly (total of 5 phone calls) contacting BizChair for a response to finally find out that the cost to return the product would actually EXCEED what I originally paid. I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THEM TO ACCEPT IT BACK! I will not ever buy from Biz Chair again, Return policy is very old and outdated when everyone else online has no cost returns and quick RMA responses.

BizChair False advertisement

The advertisement said order 3 stack pew chairs. If you order 3 you will pay $20 and some change per chair. I needed 103 chairs so if they come in three's i need to order 34 sets. When i get my chairs it is 34 chairs total ! I called the customer service is rude and very blunt and i quote; YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS KEEP THE CHAIRS ARE SEND THEM BACK ! REALLY ! I just spent over $2000.00 for
34 chairs are you freaking kidding me ! Maam can you go to the advertisement so i can show you what i see and what you are saying is completely different ? I see what you are but that's not what the advertisement is saying. The ad is saying you can stack the chairs in three's . Can somebody please read the ad and tell me if i am seeing something wrong. I am also responsible for sending the chairs back. So very upset and totally will not recommend them to anyone.

I don't know who you think your talking to. Your problem is you are a want to be no it all and you get off on trying to make other people look bad, so you make sure you find a reason to show them they are wrong. You hide behind low self esteem and i'm pretty sure your home life is a mess too. If you want to come back at me about my comment act like an adult and get your facts straight. You never know who you are talking to.
Exactly what you are saying is what i expressed to the sales person. She said i was wrong and the chairs stack in three's BUT THEY COST $60.99 per chair. So your point is? I guess you don't know how to read and need an adult to explain it to you as well because all you did was prove my point further. God bless you and keep you Tahsa

Tasha is right you did misunderstand the advertizement so it is not false advertizing. However she could have said it a lot better instead of bullying and belittling you. The things people can do behind the back of a computer screen is cowardly.

BizChair I will never be doing business with BizChair again

I ordered a clock over two weeks ago and after waiting, emailing, and calling multiple times I finally learned that it is backorder for another month and a half! There was no mention of that on the website. That is unacceptable and unprofessional in my book. The people I spoke to on the phone were unapologetic. I will never be doing business with BizChair again and will let everyone know if you do order, expect poor customer service and your item(s) not to reach you for months."

BizChair They don't treat you well on the phone and don't back up there service

Biz Chair has 1-2 days shipping from warehouse as part of the advertisement for buying the product. They shipped mine in 5 days. I called and they said there warehouse was behind. I said they need to change the website and reflect that. They refuse to do so and my product arrived after the event. They still refuse to revise the site even though they are continually behind in the warehouse and the customer service is horrible. They don't treat you well on the phone and don't back up there service. Will never use them again!

I ordered my product on July 27th. I received tracking information in an email, but no notice that it had shipped. I called Bizchair on August 5th, after trying to track the shipment, and was unsuccessful. The rep said they would look into it, and never called me back. I called back again, and a different rep told me it would ship in 6 to 8 weeks. It is now August, 25th and I'm still waiting. No phone calls, no emails, absolutely nothing. I have paid for the item, and am considering canceling my order. I feel nervous about the absence of communication and professionalism.

BizChair Online ordering system is stone age

Horrible customer service. Online ordering system is stone age--does not send email confirmation, shipping confirmation or tracking number. Company sent two shipments and only wanted one. Company would not take item back OR even offer a partial refund; they profited in full TWICE off a mistake caused by their online system. Was on hold for over 30 minutes. Product not of quality expected. Will never shop with these jokers again.

BizChair Worst company ever

BIZCHAIR.COM IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They website promise that they will ship within two days, it is been 30 days since I ordered and still they don't tell me where is it, or if they have ship it yet.

Bizchair the worst company I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional and they just don't send you the items!

Will never recommend this company, it is the WORST COMPANY IS THE U.S.!

If you can buy from another company please do so. Bizchair will give you headaches, irritation, wondering, and what that heck are you doing at work? do you do any work?

WHERE IS MY STAFF? AFTER A MONTH CAN'T EVEN SAY WHERE IS MY STAFF!
