Same as the rest, no response but they took my money. Never got an original sign-up email that gives the owners email so I can't contact him directly. I have left 4 messages within a weeks time and still have not heard from him. The quality can not be looked at or described because there is no product. Still waiting, hopeful they will be in touch soon.

I made a purchase for a pre-designed logo, nothing complicated, on a Saturday. Their website promises to contact you within one business day with login info so you can discuss the logo design and whatever else needs support.

Never got that email. It's now a Thursday, 4 business days later and the only thing I've received is an email from a third party saying my payment has been processed. I've sent multiple emails to the company asking for some kind of conformation about my order and got no response. So far I've spent $145 for not a darn thing.

If the company needs more time to process your order, that's fine, just don't state on your website I'll have what I paid for in only two business days. Even still, let me know I'll be receiving something at some point.

I hope I'll get something for my money at some point or even hear from someone. Until then, highly discourage anyone from going the route of Biz-logo.com

This is a warning for anyone that purchases a logo from biz-logo.com. They WILL NOT honor their 30-day, no questions asked money back guarantee and they WILL charge you service fees despite advertising that they won't.

I recently purchased a logo from their website for $145 and within one day requested a full refund of the purchase price. I also noticed that they charged me an extra $4 as an "International Service Fee" separately from my $145 transaction. I've attempted to contact the website and website owner on six separate occasions over the course of two weeks and have yet to receive a response of any kind. This website is a complete scam.

We made the mistake of contracting with Biz-logo.com for a logo and it was a disaster. They take days to respond to emails and just drag everything out for ever and ever. The designs were poor--hastily executed--and completely unusable. The owner appears to have gone to great lengths to prevent people from reviewing his poor performance. The first three pages of a google search for reviews are mostly fake webpages created by him or one of his shill "companies" that offer fake ratings and reviews. I am not sure what their priority is but you can be sure it is NOT you or your logo. Beware--up front payment-in-full on design work is a huge red flag. These folks will exhaust you with their drawn out, inadequate responses and just horrible service and communication. In the end they will never admit fault, but you will be sorry you ever heard the name biz-logo! RUN!
