Online Bitcoin casinos have been growing rapidly with the rise of Bitcoin’s popularity. However you have to be very careful to not get scammed by some of the con artists posing as legitimate gambling sites. One of these so-called legit sites is Bitoomba. Don’t be fooled by their friendly sounding Term of Service and the promises of a great experience. This is exactly what you won’t get. If you give them your Bitcoin you are likely to never see it again. As soon as you deposit your BTC into your account, the scam kicks in. You will be left waiting forever for your sign up bonus, which should be in your account instantly according to Bitoomba. They clearly don’t follow their own TOS. When I finally received my bonus I wasn’t able to use it. The website came up with an error message asking me to contact support. After emailing back and forth with support for 4 weeks the issue just went away on its own, and I still have no idea what happened. My 5 BTC deposit and 1 BTC sign up bonus were finally available for me to use. By then I wasn’t too keen on betting anymore because it took so long to sort out the money in my account! I placed a small bet anyway and I won. However my winnings were never transferred into my account. This is such a scam! I contacted support once again and was told that I never actually placed any bets! This is a complete lie and I have screenshots to prove that they’re scammers and that I’m right. Support went quiet as soon as I sent them the screenshots. It’s been weeks, and my Bitcoin is still tied up with them and I feel ripped off! Do not use Bitoomba!
I played on the website www.bitoomba.com and I won some sum. I wanted to withdraw it, and I sent several emails with the requests to their customer services. No one replied to them. I sent more emails, but no one replied. After that I posted negative reviews on the different forums, and they finally replied. But they ripped my account and I noticed it too late. The biggest mistake in my gambling career was to join
Bitoomba. I hated their name as I was typing the URL into my browser and I
should have known to quit right there and then without even starting. Their
website is very user-unfriendly and I have spent several minutes on it trying
to figure out what to click. It just didn’t make sense. Everything is a drag
with Bitoomba – from the moment you join to the moment where they restrict your
account for no apparent reason. I have tried and tried to figure out what
happened to my account but I have been unable to do so. Here is my saga with
Bitoomba. There really hasn’t been anything positive, so I am afraid I will
have to stick with all negatives. Opening an account was a drag. It took
forever and they were not very responsive when it came to customer support. I
had no option than to accept the welcome bonus when I joined – it was
mandatory. I think this is to make you gamble away all of your Bitcoin playing
stupid games that nobody wants to play because the winning odds are garbage. I have always had the option of opting out and
usually it’s an unspoken kind of thing – if you do not ask, they will not tell
you about it. On Bitoomba it was literally forced on me and I had to accept it.
But I wasn’t able to place a single bet even on their crappier games. My
Bitcoin is still stuck in the account and I can’t withdraw it. They’re
suggesting I download their software but I have no intention of dong that
because I’ll end up with a virus, which will hack into my wallet and scam me
for my Bitcoins!
