Billing me on two different credit cards when I didn't ask for their services, for at least six months!

I have been getting billed for at least six months on my amex and boa visa cards (both!!) for 11.95 cheaper month for services on credit reporting that I did not order and do not want.

im being charged by mini credit report services on my visa cad 11.95 a month and for what? i didnt order this, and i surley dont recieve it services, what the heck is it, and when i call they hang up on me. need i be the cowboy and go there and rip the computer out the wall and stop it or is someone going to do something about this... hopefully the some one (gov) put em outta bussiness.
