I signed up and paid $1.87 for a CD that I never received. According to the Terms & Conditions, you have a 7 day 'free' membership and can cancel wnytime within those 7 days to avoid the $49.95 Monthly Membership Fee.
1) Never received CD.
2) Emailed the specified email address 3 times cancelling the membership.
3) Just noticed a hold on my debit card statement in the amount of $49.95, however it is still about 24 hours too early to see which company is placing that hold.
4) The telephone number listed is for a healthcare facility.
5) Now what?
