I have been using airtel for threee years now.I had prepaid connection for two and a half years and now that i have taken the post paid connection its so mess.I don't get my paper bills on time.I tried to change the billing address, that was done after sometime, but the address updated was wrong.Despite my repetative calls to the customer service, i fell i am not valued.I tried to log a complaint online in Airtel site and the damn thing is so confusing, add the bill date, call date and the nubmer called...and how am i supposed to get that when i dont have the bill with me.Its so irritating to complaint over the telephone over and over again, specially when it lands on deaf ears.I am facing issues one after the other from the time i have taken this new post paid connection and dont really know how to get over it, probably switching over to another vendor.
Its not that I blame Airtel but then they should me more approachable to the customers.When we pay for the services we want the services to be provided on time.
