AIR FARE REFUND

Dear sir,
I have booked the tickets in jul-aug to india .to get the refund mailed the letter 3 days before, till now I didn't get any response fromthe office.when i called the office they will respond to me within 48 hrs.
my confirmation numbers are
BCVQLT, KGFNAX.Hope you wiil do the needful waiting for your early response
