I purchased a tanzanite ring and wore it approximately 20 hours. I was very careful with it, didn't hit it on anything. A stone fell out, which means it was not secured in the first place. I spoke with someone online in another country, of course, and then spoke with someone on the phone. They will not deviate from their 15 day return policy, no matter the reason.

Their quality is inferior, the shipping is too high, and their customer service is beyond despicable. My advice is to never buy from bidz.com.

Hy, I did received some of the staff that I beat on ,but for my surprise your staff is totally over price ( ex. Freeze Gents watch your appraise at $1200 it is not worthed more then $100, but you clam that the watch ca be re sold at the value of $1200, well you wrong, also I discovered that the watch we just talk ed about is made in China. very cheap staff. ) The second com plane from me is that you guys charge $3 for H&S but half of my staff come in bags, yes it come in cheap bags not in the box. (P.S. one tiny box is just $ 0.05, but you prefer just to threw a ring ,earrings or necklace in the cheap bag and charge the costumer $3. IT IS NOT FUNNY, IT IS JUST A RUBBERY. (ex ring with genuine amethyst serial nr.BIDZ 001ooo762, or earrings with amethyst serial nr. BIDZ000961676 and so on. (I have 5 bags with jewelery but no boxes ,so how can I sale this staff. I believed that you guys are very serious, and you care for the costumers, but I guess I was wrong.

I bid on and won jewelry. What a bunch of junk. Sent it back and never had it credited to my account. I also won a camera which I never received. It has been 2months and they never return my e-mails and the number they have listed is no good. Please help me. If you know a way to contact them please post.

We have reviewed the information and the item you purchased was dated back to September of 2007. We always make an exception but because of the timing we are unable to accommodate your request. Its over 3 months now if it was lets say maybe 1-2 months then we may have been able to do something for you.

On the Bidz.com website we do not advertise the Retail price unless its available to us. What we do offer to some of our customers is the compare price and that is the maximum price other jewelers advertise online, for similar or the same jewelry item. This price in no way reflects worth or suggested retail price. Now, if you received an appraisal and that appraisal stated that the item was infact 1200.00 then that is the retail price for the item and you have that as proof to resale the item. We ship out the items how we receive them. If the item comes in a box we ship the item in a box. If not then we provide proper packaging for the item.
