Register for a free account. Get a free spin on the bidwheel to earn bonus bids. Purchase a bid

pack for more bids which never expire! Each bid costs on average $0.50, depending on which bid

pack option you choose. Once purchased bids are placed into your account every time you place a

bid your bid credit will go down by 1 and the price of the product will go up by just 1 cent. The time

of the auction will increase by 15 seconds every time a bid is placed. If no one else places a bid,

when the clock hits 0 you win!

Once you win its time to pay for the auction. You pay the ending auction price plus a $1.99 to

$19.99 shipping fee depending on the product (Gift Cards are only $1.99 while items delivered

instantly, such as bid vouchers, incur no shipping charge). If you do not win you still have a chance

to buy the product at a discounted rate! Simply use our Buy It Now feature. The Buy It Now

feature allows you to apply any money you spend during the auction placing bids to the Buy It Now

price. So for example lets say you spend 25 bids trying to win a $100 product and you did not win.

Your 25 bids are worth $7.50 (25 x $0.30), simply click buy it now and the $100 price will have the

$7.50 you spent on bids deducted from the price! Please note that we calculate the average bid

value here to be $0.30 due to the free bids given out on the bid wheel

This site has been planing to shut down and rip off all of its customers for months. I'm sure at first, they were lagit. But some where along the line they decided to scam all of us. they are an auction site that you buy bids from and then bid on items. the problem is, they don't send you the items that you won. It's been way over two months since I won my first item and I still haven't received it. so far, I have won 15 items and only received one out of fifteen. I have spent well over a thousand dollars on bids and paying for these items. how they have gotten away with this for so long. i don't know. but I hope that the feds get involved with this. site. if anyone know how to report them. and who to report them to. please let us know by posting here. thanks much

Sadly, my experience with Bidrack is the same as everyone else's on here. They took my $99; that's all there is to say about that. I did win one auction, for a Sponge Bob Squarepants Watch for my son. The bid for the watch was like $.38. Shipping and handling was $9.95. It took 8 weeks to arrive, though they charged my credit card immediately. I swear, I can't imagine how I'd feel if I had bid $400 on a computer and this happened. This place is a total rip off.

This company is a fraud. I have spent hundreds of dollars on bid packs and won lots of auctions...THE ITEMS NEVER SHIP!
It has been almost three months and I still have not received ONE ITEM! They do not respond to emails and forget about calling their customer service line. It is a call center in Alabama with less than intelligent customer service reps that give you no information. However they will send you a refund for the 25 cents that you won the item for...but forget about the hundreds of dollars that you spend buying the bid packs. Please learn from all of our mistakes this site is fraudulent and I cannot believe it is still up and people are still bidding after all these complaints! And I apologize for your awful experience if you happen to call in and have to speak to Joanna- OY! What a gem!

Site stated it was free to sign up, I didn't select to buy any bidding packages. Then I seen I had credits automatically added to my account. Worried I called their customer service line and found out that they (bidrack.com) had selected a 99.00 bidding package for me. Thats like walking into Walmart and just to walk in and view, That they force you to buy 99.00 worth of merchandise.. This is an OUTRAGE! There has to be some kind of law they are breaking!

I along with many many others have been charged $99. They are a scam and should have a class action lawsuit filed against them. If there is an attorney willing to take them on they'd get more than enough people that have been ripped off. I for one would join the suit. Beware beware they are after the quick ripoff. Here is a website for anyone that has been hit with their charge. www.ConsumerComplaintAgency.org It's obvious that with their responses to everyone that they do not care about their reputation but the quick $$.

I was sent an e-mail from a friend saying he got a good deal on a zilco(?) android for $19.95. I clicked on the website thinking it was what he recommended. Against my better judgment, I registered with the company. This involved giving out my credit card information. When I did this the company charged me $99. I tried to get a refund but they refused. This is a scam of the highest degree. Not only was my friend's e-mail hacked into but mine also...would like to see these people caught and jailed and tossed out of the internet. What I would like is my $99 back.

Bidrack.om baits people with the display of desirable items, i.e. ipods, ipads etc. at ridiculously low prices and invites you to bid too. the site has a large "Register for Free" area. I registered, I thought it was free and gave a credit card in case I won a bid. I did not see the displays that said they would you would need to purchase bids. Nor was the cost of registering your card prominent. If I had seen the cost for the bids and to register the card, I would not have registered the credit card. I checked my credit card account a couple of houfs after doing this and found a $99.00 charge pending. I immediately called Bidrack and explained the situation. they said to send an loo e-mail requesting the refund and that shw would send me one too. I did this and was told we don't make refunds (basically for any reason).

I finally looked at their website again tonite. I did not sign in, nor will I ever sign into that website again because I don't trust them. Tonite when I looked at their website, it looked different. The costs were more plainly displayed and couldn't be missed. I don't think I was so tired the first time I looked at iit that I would have missed the displays I saw tonight. It has an option on the website for the number of bids and costs to purchase so that you can bid. It selects one for you, but you can change it. I am sure this was not the case last week because I certainly would not have selected the $99.00 packlage. I would have selected the $27.00 package if I was going to pay anything at all.

I registered for bidrack, bid on something, and was charged $99. The google search for bidrack states "No Gimmicks. No Hidden Fees. Ever." Also, if you watch the "how it works" video, you have to select which bid package you want before you are charged. However, that didn't happen. Apparently, if you just try to bid on something, that will pull a trigger whereby you will get zapped $99. That strikes me as both a gimmick and a hidden fee. Avoide them like the pague. Stupid me, I gave them my credit card number. They are cheats, and ripped me off. I suspect I wll need to contact my credit card to have the fees reversed.

I went to there web site and was looking at things they sell and the next thing I knew I had 100 dollars taken out of my checking. I have called several times and emailed them. The response I got was that a representative would be getting back to me. I got many emails from them telling me they were following up on it. I have not heard from them now for a long time. This has been going on since [protected]. I hope that you can help me.

I had the same bad experience as others note. A charge to my card of $75. I also closed out my account almost immediately after opening it. Bidrack tells me that somewhere in their website they told me 3 times no less to expect such a charge. It is a scam and I wish I could find the web info that told me initially about such a "positive" experience the writer had with Bidrack--well, that was probably written by Bidrack! How dumb can I be? I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and did email the DE Attorney General.

I contacted customer service and complained that the bid package I was charged for was not the bid package I selected when signing up. The representative kept telling me that I chose the $99 / 175 bids + 2 spins. I kept insisting that I chose the $27 / 40 bid pack. Interestingly, she said I would have had to manually pick the $27 bid package on this signup page and I told her that I did. Why would she make the comment that I would have had to do that manually in order to get that option, unless she already knew that most people would NOT sign up for any package if they had the understanding that it was a free trial. And why would anyone intentionally chose the 2nd highest bid package not knowing how this auction site worked? Even more interesting is that fact that everyone on this complaint board has stated that they were charged $99. So, I went back into the site registering as a new signup (see attached pdf file) to see if it would default to the $99 bid package. I did this 3-4 different times and each time on the credit card input page it defaulted to the $60 bid package. Therefore, this leads me to believe that once an unsuspecting consumer enters their credit card information, they must have a program that automatically switches the bid pack and charges the $99 bid pack rate instead of the $60.

My credit card company told me if the credit card information is given freely, there is no recourse as far as reversing the charge. Therefore, I insisted to this company’s customer service that I chose the lowest bid package, which I did, and demanded and received a refund for the difference between the $99 bid pack & the $27 bid pack. I told them that I had pdf files screen prints of the registration and would fax it to them as proof. For those of you that were duped in freely entering your credit card info, I suggest requesting a refund stating that you only sign up for the $27 bid pack; at least you could get back $72 of the charge.

Maybe BidRack has quit charging credit cards without authorization as they were doing early in their scam and maybe they have quit cancelling winning bids as they have done frequently. Those are not as important to the business model as they now are using bidbots and they're not just driving the price up as some scams have used them, they make it impossible to win an item that has any real value. Oh, they'll let you win a cheap video game or a low-end watch but try to win a TV or iPhone or such and you will be outbid by one of the following bots :

lkagioos345
paulmccabe19
xjpride
firoj
eelcity
k8431
joseph270710
tcolema3

Just go there and watch any big item and see who the bidders are. You'll see lots of folks like yourself, but watch for the bots. They win every time. Spend all you want. You lose. If you look at any big ticket auction that is currently active, there will be a place to the right that says this item last sold for $xxx. Follow the link and I guarantee it will be one of the bots that won.

So now you don't have to worry about them shipping your iPhone 'cause you're not going to win one.

Sure wish I'd have done some research before registering on Bidrack.com. What a mistake! I too was lured in to shop based on their advertising. I thought it would be like eBay, however my credit card was charged instantly for $99.00.
I thought I would pay after I won something. WRONG! I immediately emailed them, since the phone line rang busy, asking for a refund. They refused saying it is against their terms and conditions. I did not see anything up front that said terms and conditions or I would have read it and ran. Now Capital One is arguing with me about a refund. Bidrack lied to Capital One and said that I hadn't contacted them at all. I have copies of the Case ID that Bidrack opened on their website. This whole thing is a giant headache. Whatever you do ~ do not use Bidrack unless you want to loose.

I spent over 72.00 back in June of 2011 on the website bidrack.com. I was told several times by customer service reps, and by email from them they were working on the problem and would be sending me either a refund or the item, to just be patient with them. it is now November of 2011 and I have yet to receive either the money back into my account or my items which ironically they were still auctioning off on their website up until they finally closed the site.

I have spend countless time, money, attorney calls and hours on the phone with either their customer service, or emailing. Please whatever you do, do not use this site, or their sister site NOMORERACK.com as they are too responsible and won't help any of the customers to their sister site which they created.

Bidrack operates auction sites in Delaware and Vancouver, CA. The offer Free registration with a CC so you can purchase Bids and use them to buy items(usually cheap quality at inflated prices since the bids are expensive). They then charge everyone a $99 fee in a Bid package which is only explained in fine print. So many complaints are online against this company for hidden charges, using Beta testing on the customers and not delivering goods, stealing bids from user accounts, etc. My CC company has their hands tied and cannot help. Avoid them like the plague!

I took this complaint from someone else as this is exactly what just happened to me yesterday...

"I registered today with BidRack.com, which I thoght it was FREE, but then I realised I was charged 99 USD! In fact, later I realised, when I simulated the registration process all over again, that the registration page was misleading, making you beleive that you are finalizing your registration process by entering your credit card number, while you are in fact about to buy credits. The option was preselected, and the table with credit options is the smallest on the page, almost BELLOW the credit card form data, very discret, put in a way that you dont see it while beggining to fill out the form. That's why so many people are surprised finding out that they have actually bought credits, while thinking that they are registering for free. I wrote an email, demanding the total refund."
Don't do anything with BidRack, this is a really big SCAM web site! Thank you all and good luck !"

Bidrack. com is fraudulent company. Don’t do any transactions with this company. How do you think they can sell an Ipad 2 for less than 90$ ? Because they catch a large number of people with a 100$ initial bid package. That's how they make money and this is clearly fraud.

bidrack.com charged me $99.00 just to register and I bidded one time. It's total fraud, the fine print said you are paying $99.00 to bid many had written on this complaint forum. Don't register with me, you ended up having to cancel credit card. Bank of America refused to reversed the $99.00 charges because it said I willingly consented to $99.00 charge. So, beware of your bank at least my bank which is Bank of America won't help you either despite my file of fraudulence charge claim with bidrack.com.

I agree. its a real shame. The more advanced we become in technology the more out of control everything gets and more thieves come out of the woodwork. Never would have spent 99.00 on anything let alone an internet auction I knew little of how it worked. was just looking! things r difficult enough in tis country for everyone just trying to keep food on the table and a roof over our heads, then we have these A-holes predators just lying in wait for an opportunity to scam and rip off people :(

Did the same to me. Took my money out of my Discover Card. It says we except Master Card and Visa but not Discover Card. I complained why they took $99.00 but without results. I used the bids but only won cheap Item. I won more then 10 Items but never received them. I won them back in June 2011 and this is August 17th 2011. I complained about 50 times and all I got was excuses. This rip off cost me close to $200.00 because the cost of the shipping charges. I'm filing a complaint against bid rack. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

dee is ###, I am sorry to have overlooked that information about BidRack.com is now called DealDay.com. Industry Tips
"This company offers an online auction site selling overstock and manufacturer liquidation items to the general public. The company claims to differ from other penny auction sites based on the "no bid purchase required” marketing strategy.
In this company's case, users must purchase a "Deal Time Membership" in order to use the company's services and features. Deal Time Memberships can be purchased during the registration process when advancing to the checkout page, where the registrant is asked for a credit card number for billing purposes. The cost of the service is $99.99 for 30 says of unlimited use of the site and features. The service is offered with a negative option cancellation clause. This means that unless you cancel your membership, your credit card will be billed $99 every 30 days until cancellation requirements have been met or your membership is terminated by the company. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month's membership fee. The company claims that membership fees are fully earned upon payment and are therefore non-refundable. "

I feel as if I was misled to believe that I was joining a penny auction(the offer said Free Registration), now I am aware it is not, it is the same auction style as Ebay with none of the Ebay reputation, services or nearly as broad a range of products with completive pricing. For this EBay wanna be, to want to trick me, or anyone else into just a one time purchase of membership should be looked into by the authorities. Do you think DealDay.com is interested in anything but serving up a healthy dose of this policy? –> “. The company claims that membership fees are fully earned upon payment and are therefore non-refundable”

Can I request a new pack of jackals please? If Mellen67 or ellen67 is free from her chores with your higher profile clients, that is. TJ Maxx US Airways Wendy's USAA Bank CNN - Nancy Grace are all very important tasks but I am feeling neglected. I know this gig is closing down for you all, but I felt we had something very special and we had connected emotionally. I would much sooner be harassed by that special wo / man.

Thanks
