My name is David I am an Australian citizen & my complaint is lodged at Bidpay the former opnline auction service I sold a NOKIA N90 phone to a client of there in December of last year & after repeated requests & repeated lies from there customer service section I have still not received my payment of AU $800
I have just found out days ago that they have ceased business being an Australian resident it is hard to do anything other than e-mail due to the prohibitive costs of phone calls .
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
