Airtel fraud regarding lucky draw amount

I anupam aind is a bharti airtel user from the last five year. I got a call from number [protected] that you have won 1000000 rupee as a lucky draw amount than he told me to call to rajesh number [protected] for further details. After calling he asked me to pay 1250 rupee in account number [protected] (Sbi) in the name abhigomkar as a goverment tax after paying that amount they told me to pay 18150 rupee to account number [protected] (Sbi) in the name rashid pal yadav for the check clearance. I was sure as I have got a confirmation sms regarding the airtel company so I have paid. I had also asked for the terms and condition but they are not telling aften then they asked me again to pay some 40000 rupee amount but I didnt pay and asked for terms and condition they again sms me confirmation in the name of airtel company that you are a lucky customer and you have won 1000000 rupee but they are not telling me a proper procedure and asking me to pay a requisite amount. Please I had lost 30000 around rupee in the name of bharti airtel please do conform and check it. Now I have no trust in bharti airtel and I want my money back.. Anupam. [protected]@gmail.com. I want to change my network airtel to vodafone. coz i faced lot of problems with airtel. around 20 days there is no connection with customer care i called so many times from my idea & docomo network but there is no responce. I gave minimum 7 times complaint. So i decided to change my network.

I amwaiting for last 15 days for a stupid IPTV Remote. Ther have been atleast 6-7 promised made by the call center/cutomer service on phone and email. everytime i get a new date. I have had to purchase Tata Sky connection in the meantime. If anyone from Airtel, pls resolve. And let me tell you your customer service is the most pathetic i have ever seen.

I make a request to shift my AIRETL landline phone on (011-[protected]) 11th July 2011. They promised me that the shifting will be done within 3 days but after 15 days of the request, nobody has contacted me and again they sent the bill for next month also. till date i am waiting positive response from Airtel but other than bill i didn't get anything. Please advise what shoud i do.

I purchase new SIM Card from Airtel, this card allow us 1 month free Hello Tunes. After 1 month call from Airtel, he said if you continue Hello Tunes we debit your account Rs. 30/- & give Airtel to Airtel Balance Rs. 30/-. We make call to Airtel 20 times in last two month but not get A TO A Balance till date.

Airtel my account balance is detucting witouth any usage

Hi. Airtel office this is kailash rajoriya I am using airtel prepaid sim my mobile no. Is [protected] I have some complaints that without any usage my money is deducting and unauthorized charges is putting on me last night without any reason 5 / - is charged to me and it is not it few days back I will be charged without any reason.

Airtel land line shifting charges,

Dear sir/madam, my name is gurunath my land line and broadband connection number is [protected]. I closed my office last 3 months back, at the time of close the office, I call to u r company for land line disconnection, on of the person suggested me, why u r disconnection, put connection to residence, for shifting company it will charge 300, I am not agree for changes, after that he promise to me, we will not changes, our person come and shirting to line with in 2 days, after I received u r bill, they clear mention shifting charges, I am not pay for the bill with in due date, next bill also including rs.75 late fee charges, I relay upset for the same, mr. Jafer his mobile no.[protected], he convene to me for deducting/weaver the excess amount, than I issue tha cheque bearing no.919250/11.3.2011 ing vysyabank, rs.1225. (Total bill amount rs.1700) balance 425 waiver, today one lady, called me your weaver amount our company not accept, so for plz pay that balance amount, I am relay up set, plz give me who is the responsible person for collection or billing or director number, I will talk with him/her regarding the same,

Airtel unauthorized deduction

Iam a customer of Airtel since 2003. Recently when I was transferred froom Pune to ranchi since I was on roaming services I requested my friend recharged it for me from Pune for rs 295/- which showed on my Sim ([protected])Card in dec 2010. When I reached back Pune, (though I never used my sim in ranchi) to my surprize the balance was a single rs 5/- what happened to rs 290? The nos 123, 121.198 all are just eye wash and whichever option you press the reply is same...:; dial *121 and thanks for calling airtel... What happened to customer care service?. i sincerely advice ...to everyone who wish to take airtel...a big no..no...its useless

Airtel airtel call rate

Today I felt that I had mistaken choosing airtel... I m continuse customer of airtel from last 5-6 years and I belive that airtel is much better than ohters... But today when I talk with your customer care excutive and when I see our services than I feel thats its my mistake... Bcoz I m always thinking airtel is better than other service providers...

I want to change my service with aircel.. Bcoz its call rate is lower than urs... And I send message to your portable facility no. 1900 on dated 27 feb (Sunday) timing was approx 5 pm... And than instant I got message from 1901... After one day (Monday)... I received a call from airtel customer service center... And she (I dont know her name) say me why u want to change... I tell him bcoz ur call rate is higher... She say me we will less ur call rate than why u want to change... I say her I like airtel.. If airtel give me this facility... Than its really a good for me... She say me after 48 hours u have activated this facility on ur no.

When I see after 48 hours and my call rate was same I again call at ur customer service center... I tell him everything again they say me there no any type of facility is not activate... I m shocked after listen about airtel service... But I again try and say him he again say me that facility will be activate after 48 hours

Its really a amazing about airtel company and really than I felt its very much stupid company and my all faith is broken on ur company

Bcoz position was again same after next 48 hours... Very very much stupidity

I again try to all with ur customer service center bcoz I much use my mobile and if call rate is change its low my expenses... But position again same and I totally agree to switch airtel company and call

When I talk with ur executive than he ask some stupid question

1. On which date u recharge ur mobile
2. From how much price u recharged
3. How u recharged like through mobile or coupan

Now can u tell me who remember that on which date he recharged his mobile... Price and rechrging system may be can remember but date who know

I tell him 2 out of three than he say he cant help... Again shocked... When u have unique id than u can check in our system... If u cant check than ur system is also bad.

I say him talked with me ur officer and officer talk with me like stupid...

He was looks uneducated as per his talking way... Than I feel bsnl is better than airtel... Bcoz I think bsnl customer care is uneducated...
He hold my mobile for 25 miunts and after than disconect my mobile

And after than I try many times but not connecting with ur company service center

Really toooooo much bad I felt...

Again today I talk on monrning at 11 am and than he (mr. Dhara singh and miss joyti) say me there is no any request like to change call rate or number porablity... When he cant help than I say him call with ur officer and he hold me for 10.20 minuts...

When I found airtel earning money from call center calls... So hold for long time... But I not disconnect my call ur excutive disconect

Many time I registerd my no.In dnd but situation is same yaar

Now please request to u officers

Please see this... Money is not a big issue... Issue is faith of customer in ur company and if u give this kind of response... Its bad for ur company future.. Really shameful

And please give me also email address and no. Of ur seniours... If u not response than I will found it... As I found urs

My acct no is [protected]. Name is Brig. Suresh C Bali. I recently got a call from one of your sales people to change my plan from 777 to 829 citing some advantages. I agreed because the increase in tariff was only [protected]. But when I got the bill, the difference was huge. As against an average billing of around Rs. 1000, my last bill is Rs. 2768. This happened because of the change over of the plans. Please understand that my usage remains the same. The increase must be due to usage at your end during the change over.
Kindly investigate and refund the excess charged to me for no fault of mine.

Airtel unexpected bill

What is wap I don't know still I have messege from airtel on 20/01/2011 to stop my all gprs based service, even all valuaded services and I got confirmation sms from airtel I have it at present in my mobile but you still getting me every second 0.30 paisa bill from 20/01/2011
Last I eject airtel card from my mobile I was disconect card on 27/01/2011 on 11:30am
In detail bill if I was stoped all service so how to claim me for gprs data that means from last 3 months bill. You claim me as a wap_all?

I am ready for pay all of your bill but you just get it to me satisfatory answer. What is wap_all...
Which type of access you getting me when I was closed all gprs service and you got me confirmation about it
And also your executive also offered me on 21/01/11 gprs98 plan free of charge because I am apply for mobile portibillity. But there is no any plan activate and from last 2 month I want to activate that plan and I getting confirmation so many times for it but you didn't activate it.
And on 20/01/11 I was deactivate all type gprs data (Airtel live) but still you claim me wap_all bill
How it possible?

but you can understand at my case your response and my query is still not clear in my mind .. ...
even your executive can't answer me technically . all are non technical person .. humble answer from your executive. ...
but don't worry i was paid all your bill something about rs.4190/- but you send me bill in this month Rs.10/-
if you have any other bill then send me i will be pay you.. ...

Airtel sms scheme getting deactivated n false information given

Hi sir, this is r. S. Pandere I m the airtel user. I hav the airtel sim card for more then last3yrs. These days its has created lots of problems. My sms scheme is of rs 95 in which we get sms of 500 per day for 1 month but now it has got deactivated in middle of the month n when I contact coustomer care they r saying that ur todays sms of 100 is completed but actually its of 500 sms per day. This is not for the 1st time. N sometimes some activation is done on my mobile n my balance is debited.
Pls take stricted action. My airtel number is [protected].

Dear sir//madam,

I am hiten patel resident of gujarat state I am user of airtel india. My mobile number is [protected].

I am regularly using mobile office of @98 per month. I am getting problems while using this facility's. This services working good but almost times facing a problem for using inernet sent receive not working and internet is not properly used at all locations. This is reular problem and I am not satisfied with aitel.

I talked priti rangalvali today on 26.02.2011, satuerday between 3 to 4 pm on phone number 198 using airtel. I asked my request or compalint number but she has put line on hold and and no responce from airtel. I am strongly request you to check my call and solve my mobile office problems asap. After two nos. Of attems my tries to talk with customer care personal is hang by airtel.

I will wait for your reply soon on m mobile number as well as return reply to this email on [protected]@hotmail.com.

I am regular subscriber of airtel prepaid Rs98GPRS pack since this service started, every month service itself renewed and Rs98 used to get deducted from my banlance.

Yesterday the balance in my mobile was low, 50Rupees. airtel deducted 36Rupees for 6days GPRS pack, No problem from this.

Today when I tried to open my Email on my Mobile, there was no GPRS service active.

I called to coustomer care many a times, call disconnects after few seconds only.

More over Airtel already deducted Rs 5 two times for a service I never requeste.

I am fed up of this acts of Airtel. This is not fair, just retun my balance of 45 rupees as earliest.

Airtel arrogant behaviour of distributor

There is a distributor of airtel sim card, he has an airtel outlet shop at bhiwandi district thane near shivaji chowk in front of hafiz ki mazar, the distributor's name is mr. Parag and the name of the outlet is dhwani communications, his contact no. Is [protected]. I went there for purchasing sim, he gave me sim of number [protected] form. He took my id and made me fill the form, this number was someone elses, when my service was not activated I asked him so he admitted that it was a mistake and told me to transfer my number and activate the sim in 2 days. B ut when I again went there his behaviour was very arrogant and he misbehaved with me. He said that do whtever you can. He has an airtel outlet and his behaviour is not at all appropriate his behavior is affecting your brand. Please take some action against him. He is a very lazy person and is not at all sincere about his work, if you further want some query then my email id is [protected]@yahoo.com and my name is atif nawaz.

Airtel aitel frinds chat deactivation

Airtel deducts amount for friends chat even when customer has not subscribed for such a service.
Such a worst tactics being followed which will surely affect airtel's image. Customers normally normally are not aware of such fraudulent activities.

###, ###er, ###kest airtel dth service they said that the complaint will be resolved today within 4:59pm I knew this will never happen because when I purchased airtel dth online they installed it after 10 days, now when I purchased airtel dth who cares. From 15th July 2011 we are facing same problem as above mentioned by Mr. Vijay Kamal of Installation Error Code B001, we have registered complaint since there is no engineer to recover the problem & customer care peoples are giving wrong no for contacting. Airtel service is very pathetic service.

From Saturday 4th June 2011, The airtel dth Set top box is not Receiving signals even though the cables are connected properly. Also the Balance is Rs.128.69. The Customer Id allotted to us is [protected]. Please find the solution to this problem as soon as possible.

Customer Care Services also does not work on the complaints even after calling them 25 times. Please act on this problem as soon as possible or we will cancel the connection.

Airtel Recharge amount not credited. Eventhough a coformatory msg saying recharge successfull recieved.

This is ankan srivastava, one of the airtel mobile customers (+91 [protected]) in vadodara gujrat. I am presently facing a problem to which I got a very bad and dissapointing response from airtel customer care and services.
The story begins on 14th feb 2011 at around 2:30 am, when I told one of my freinds to get a top up done on my number of rs 333 through internet banking, he did the same for me and I got a msg from airtel (555555) which read as follows

" dear customer, your recharge request was processed successfully. Top up request for rs333 and talktime of rs333> "

The same amount was debited from his icici account at same time. But to my surprise no amount was credited in phone balance.

I waited for the amount to be credited till next morning and called the customer care (121) at around 8:15 am, to which the customer care executive denied the fact of any recharge on the said date. But registered a complaint and said that the matter would be resolved in an hour or two as there were some server problems (he provided me a request reference number as cbnra20214038335)

But still there was no balance in my phone, I again called customer care and had conversation with mr. Who again had the same story to tell that last recharge on my mobile was done on 30th jan-11. And hes registered a complaint and conformed that if the amount has been debited from bank account, then for sure the amount will be credited in fone within 48 hrs of recharge.

I waited this time the whole day that is 15th feb. I next time called on customer care on 16th morning and had conversation with an executive and then to his floor supervisor and then with mr kewal (manager). Who after long argument conformed that I will have to go to airtel office and show the msg. And conformed that the amount will be credited as soon as I will show the msg. I was provided a request reference number as cbnra20216229694

I reached the airtel office in alkapuri - vadodara in the evening had words with miss swati.. Who again made some calls and put me on phone line with some mr. Jackie who conformed that it will be surely done before 12 midnight (He provided me a request reference number as cbnra30216677893). But to my vain again no solution.

I called customer care on 17th evening, my call was answered by some mr. Jayesh - executive, who addmitted that, yes the recharge was done on 14th feb but due to some issues it cudnt be credited and it would be done by 7:00pm. But again I was cheated.

I once more called at 9:30 pm and had talk with mr himanshu vora who has now again declined the fact that I had any recharge done on 14th feb-11 and nothing could be done on this matter.

In the last 3 days I have already called airtel customer care 10-12 times and have visited airtel office once. I have already shown the message recieved from airtel and I have got the bank statement which shows debit of rs 333 from the icici accnt for recharge on number +[protected].

Now the first question is that how is it possible that I get a message from airtel saying recharge request processed successfully, if I had not requested any recharge? (which is now being claimed by mr. Himanshu vora and at times other representatives).

Secondly I would ask how much time more it would take to get my balance back in my fone?
Thirdly why do your representatives lie and make wrong commitments if they cant fulfill it ?

I am attaching the bank statement for your reference (the 4 th transaction in the statement)

I would surely proceed for some legal proceedings if dont get any positive response, coz I have litterally been harassed.

I tried a lot to get this problem resolved by calling again and again on the airtel customer care numbers, and consequently now I wonder that why do you people call it Customer "CARE". There was no care that you people could offer, rather it should be called as Customer Harresment number.
I have now decided to proceed for some legal action for sure if there is no response from you guys soon.
I have also dropped mail to nodal officer at Ahemdabad, I have even attached the Bank statement which shows the amount being debitted from bank account for recharge.What more proves do you people want me to show so as to conform my payement.?

I'm owning a Chennai card with number [protected]. for the past one week i have network problem. i didn't any network in my card whereas i can access all other cards except Airtel. when i went and made complaint customer service people says you need to contact Chennai office and not here and when i did so they say they say there is no problem in your card the problem is only with Pune roaming network. so when i called customer care pune the feedback again call Chennai office we cannot help further. coz of this issue i was forced for many mental tortures and money pains but still my problem is unresolved.

so i request the concerned person to look into this matter immediately and plz let me know the update with solution on my pune number [protected]. else i may have take this issue to higher officials of your corporate office. kindly revert back immediately.

I use my airtel for the past 4yrs. in my village bsnl, vodafone and airtel towers are there. all within the radius of 200mts. but aircel tower is 4kms away. all networks except AIRTEL are working great to the radius of atleast 5kms. even the aircel signal is also good which is 4kms away. whenever I come to my village I need to rely on my other aircel number only. airtel losses signal atleast every 5mins and sucks while on call. a true fact is vodafone has atleast 1000 subscribers in this area and aircel, bsnl are having close to that number. but airtel has only 3 subscribers here. all because of the weak signal though having a tower right above our head. I don't understand y do they waste so much money for that non-working tower. have airtel staffs gone mad or they just forgot me whole tower itself.

atleast after this they shall make use of that wasted money somewhere else.
here vodofone rocks, so guys either go out of game or come prepared. don't waste your money as well as ours.

Always they gves customuer a reson of system slow ...

what airtel Management is doing about it?

Im CD and my complaint is that my bills are paid every month by my sons andin fact i physically paid in Feb 2008 and now they come up with a bill of 2500 probably for March and another bill was given yesterday which amts to 6000 on the basis of what.

Infact my son recvd a phone call telling him he has to pay 4000 when replied stating my mother paid the bill in Feb - the reply form the airtel person said ok your bill is 2500 approx. Is this a money making racket with small vendors posted in different areas [Viman Nagar location]

I would appreciate if you looked into the matter or esle would hv to take this matter up to senior personnel.

Airtel customer care is hopeless to have a chat with them we need to try customer care number hell lot of times and the service is hopeless. After paying the bill also they assure your outgoing will not be stopped and in one hour after paying bill my outgoing is barred and now according to AIRTEL system it will take a day to start my outgoing they are pathetic.

Then I asked her raise complaint for my concern she said me I am not able to raise complaint because we can’t help you if someone commit wrong communication. Then I ask her to transfer my call to her senior and she said me I will transfer you call kindly hold line and she put my call on hold and disconnect my call. Kindly confirm why my call was disconnected by her. Then again I called to Ms. Bharti for telling her my this problem she said me I will arrange call back by Shantanu for you confirmation. But no call received yet.

And Vriti Ms. Ruby Number is +[protected] will charge twice for my this package 1590 rs and they said my it will return within 2 or 3 days but I am afraid after this commitments and behavior.

Very frankly to say my first experience with Airtel is very very Poor and bad. Airtel is a big name in industry so I believe my problem will resolve very soon. Kindly resolve my this problem and arrange call back. Unless I have no other option to go Consumer court.

Airtel slow internet

Dear Sir, My Land line number is [protected] of Airtel Service. I have been having recurrent problem of slow internet. All the reminders for last few months have not brought any result. My monthly bill is about Rs, 1800/- Per month and I am expecting a speed of about 2Mb/sec. where is I some times get it about 120/130 Kb, or even lower.
Whenever an engineer attends it, it improves for a few days and then again, it goes bad.
Last I reported about this complaint on 8/02/2011, and my complaint number was [protected], which is still not resolved till today 15/02/2011. On inquiry I was informed that the complaint is already resolved. When and how this complaint has been resolved, I dont know.
If I dont get the service, i dont need it. I dont want to pay any bills if the service is not provided properly, and they can remove the service.

Today 10/09/2011, when I was able to contact on 121, I was told that the Rs. 369/- have been added for PC Secure charges.
Here I would like to add the following facts:-

1) I never asked for PC Secure.
2) as per your advertisement you are supposed to provide PC Secure worth Rs.85/- free. then where from
these charges have arrived.
3) These charges have been written as DSL Charges, which are already charged in fixed amount.
All this shows that only frivolousness charges are added, which amounts to cheating.

I observe that there have been some mistakes in my bill, for which whenever I make an approach on Airtel Phone
No. 198, the voice responce system directs me to choice 5 or 9, to connect me to the Customer care representative.
on choice 5, I hear their signature tune for a few seconds, and then the phone is disconnected. On choice 9 the phone
is immediately disconnected. I sent an e.mail 0n "airtel presence" on 03/09/2011, and got a reply on 05/09/2011
from Mr. Rakesh Kumar as follows :-

this case is going on for last 3 months,
Further you can view my previous complaints dated Feb/11 and June 11, also a few earlier ones when I decided to go for the basic 256Kb plan. You people are the biggest corrupt of the nation. You are taking the consumer on a ride.
Now you tell me that you require few more days to resolve my problem. How do you claim extra money for the, lesser plan?
My billing cycle is finishing today, and you require few more days. Your yesterday's mail says that my plan is corrected wef 26.07.11, and today you say few more days. I have decided to put all these correspondences on TOI site as well on Anna Blogs

Today at 1725 Hrs, I have made folloing e.mail on 121@airmail.in

I just now made a phone call on 198, mr saurabh attended the call, he said my dsl use is 298. what is that he could not explain it to me.
Then he said that I had made a request of change of plan on 19th August, and it will be done from the next billing cycle.
Are you playing with the consumer, making a Joke.

1) I made a request for change of billing plan in Late may, and you change it to 1699/-
2) I remind you on 28th June, you day it will be done on 26th July.
3) on 4th July I receive a call from your operator, who informs me it will be done from next billing cycle, 26th. July.
4) I assume it is done, but when my speed drops in the month of august, I check from your call centre, they tell be my plan is 1799/- 40Gb.
not 1599/- 75Gb. On 19th August, I make the complaint, and no proper answers are given. I have given the details of
my calls and who all attended my calls, I put up my complaints on Facebook, 121@airtel.in, and Complaints board.com.
today after a lapse of so many days I am told that my plan has been changed wef 26.07.2011.
5) When I check my speed I find it is same. so I make a call on 198. Mr saurabh attends the call and says I have made a request
on 19.08.2011, so it will be done from next billing cycle.
What is this, are you making a fool of the customer. what about the mail you sent me in the morning.
is it a lie, or your left hand dopes not know what the right hand is doing.

I am a very old customer of Airtel and my Phone number is [protected]

As per their SMS's and advise (from Airtel), I requested them to change my
Broadband plan to Rs.1599/- 2Mb- 75Gb., on 28th.May 2011. I was told it will be changed
on my Billing Cycle i.e. 26th.June. I checked it on 28th.June, but it was not done
so I reminded them and they confirmed me it will be done on next billing cycle
i.e. on 26th July. I assumed it must have been done, but when my Internet speed
dropped unexpectedly, I checked up on Ph No. 121, and 198, and I was informed
that my plan was 1699/- 2Mb-40 Gb.

I called them a number of times on 17.08.2011 at 6Pm with, Abhay, Manish and Nikita
for over one Hour and I was assured that my problem will be resolved in 3days by 3.30PM

Today at 1.30PM i received a call from Ms. Archita, and I was told my Plan will be
changed from next billing cycle i.e. 26th.Aug. I wanted to speak to her superior
who was not available, at that time. I received a call from Ms. Archita at 1430 hrs
when I spoke to her superior, who also confirmed that my plan will be changed from the
next billing cycle, and no amount of arguments, could change her mind, or resolve
my proble.

Now my argument is why it should take more than 3 months, to change my plan when all
these requests are recorded in their computers, and they agree, that due to some
technical problems this plan could not be changed.Now what are the technical problems,
and why should I pay for your mistakes.

As per your site there is no plan of 1699/- 2Mb-40Gb. (This is a very old plan)
There is the plan of 1599/- 75Gb.
so why should I pay higher amount for the lesser service.

So I want my plan to be resolved and speed to be restored with immediate effect.

Dear Suganya,
As promised, your technician visited my house and convinced my family members and telephoned me that I am getting the speed 2.3/ 2.4 Mb.
I dont know how he managed to get that speed, He checked it on Speed.net where I have got about .4 Mb which some times jumps upto even 20/30 Gb
so its higher speeds are all eroneous.
The higher speeds I got were about 1.2 Mb. though those are also wrong.
I checked on Mecafee and got 400/500 Kb
Checked on beltronica got 200Kb
Checked on Speed.net .4Mb showing got 1.2Mb
Checked on Congland got 69Kb

Your Speedometer on NCR is stuck at 2.18 / 2.19Mb

Your executive Mr.Rahul promised me on 2nd March night to give me a plan of 649/-, but now it is not available.
pl see my Call records and emails and let me know why I am being charged all this money, when you
cant provide the promised service. Your executives promis to give discount for the days of bad service
and then bill me for their non performance.

every body says"give us one more chance". How many one more chances you require?

always updated.
5) I regularly clean my computer, for any Cookies, Temp.files, history, etc.
6) I regularly change my wi-fi password to prevent any mis use.

Now after all this and complaining for this long time, regarding speed how come suddenly I have exceeded my limit of over 40Gb.
when I am not getting the requisit speed. Please note the speed complaint is not generated yesterday. It continuous for last 12 days.
Even after all this, if you are in the denial mode, I pity myself. when the problems are said to be resolved, without even attempts
for the repair, I pity the state we have put our country to.

Have been complaining for last 12 days, speed is not improved. No body to care, Engineers not bothered. Never expected such worse service from Airtel.
I am paying Rs.1800/-PM for 2Mb speed but not getting even a fraction of same.
I have put the results o twitter & facebook from speedtest.net. Airtel's Speedtest is not working.
I must have put up mail complaints also but nobody is worried. why should I pay them?
Even they do not want to disconnect. How many times I have rung them up. ?

Recently 1 week back i have complaint against slow internet and they called and tested with my system but again from 3 days i am finding internet is slow, to open a google page in either firefox or chrome hardly it is taking 2 / 3 minutes sometimes it is giving error message such as timeout. pls rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Airtel billing issue

I was using a post paid mobile connection from Airtel and No. is [protected]. For this number i have a billing issue which is not resolved till date by "airtel". My plan was "special 5 group" and i added my corridor number for this plan as on 12/08/2010, which i even got a confirmation msg from airtel stating that no. will added in 48 hrs(i still possess sms with me as a proof). However, after two months i came to know that my request has not been added by "airtel" and instead of charging as per the plan Rs. 0.20/min, i was charged Rs.1/min. And during the month of November'10, i made calls to customer care of airtel and made this plan get activated and asked to resolve the earlier billing issue. However, as on this date they have not resolved that issue and because of the same, i stopped paying my bill.
My number has been deactivated by "airtel" on the basis on non payment of bill without any intimation on the status of my billing query. Till date some nearly 20 calls from my side as well as from their side went on about this issue . Neither they resolved by billing issue and irrespective of that when all i'm in roaming they started calling to my other airtel number (which i should pay roaming charges for the call) and making me irritated as they call at different times spoiling my meetings. TO overcome this problem i personally visited airtel relationship centre, banjara hills at my time of stay in hyderabad, which was on saturday. They acknowledge my problem by viewing the sms and stated it is the wrong billing by "airtel", however, they unable to wright a note in my no. as my number by the time was deactivated.
In meantime, i started receiving a calls from Hyderabad main office, the first employee named herself as Ms. Deepthi, i also explained every details of my problem, she promised to solve in two days. However, still after a week she could'nt and i followed her to resolve my problem. After few followups from my side she stopped picking my calls. Then on 12/02/2011 one more lady named herself Ms. Neha and her empl. id is 984632(she informed when asked about ii) called to my Vodafone Bangalore number, when i asked her how she got this number, she unable to answer my question and asked what is my billing problem? i still took my time and patience to explain her and did so. She promised me that, her boss will get back to me in two days and took my email id. After two days i called her and she was unable to give a proper reply and started avoiding my calls. I clearly stated her in my earlier conversation that if airtel solves my problem across the table, i will immediately pay the money. Irrespective of the same they unable to resolve my billing related issue. I owns another number of aiterl which is [protected] which i'm using from past 3 years and never ever defaulted my payment to airtel.
Me getting frustrated of "airtel" who unable to solve my problem and keep on troubling me and started even threatening to file a legal complain on me, I'm forced to write this complaint. Seeing all this i even opted "vodafone" in bangalore rather than airtel.

Airtel billing is over than actual using

i am aziz m shaikh and regular user of airtel postpaid my no is [protected] and relation no is 109-[protected] and i am geeting allways over bill which is more then my using amount so kindly do the needfull and oblidge

Dear Sir,
I am using Air tel broad bend customer since 2005. But since Oct. 2011 paid Nov. 2011 the late fee is showing Rs.50/- Late fee and every month I am paying cash with in time. I complain several times but still late fee is coming f Rs. 50/-+...+Rs.75/-...now it is going to Rs.900/-. Every month I am paying less Rs.50/- or Rs.75/- of current bill. You can send your representative to see my file. If you will not adjust than I will surrender your broad band line & telephone line. I have complain that my telephone is not working properly. Mr. Pranil from Mumbai on 07-07-12 that within 48 Hrs. your Telephone will change and it cost will be about Rs.600/-only but still not change yet.

I request you look into the matter very seriously and quick action should be taken.

I have received 23 message between2am to 4 am regarding doenloading which i have not done and my unbilled amount increases by 500Rs.I have lodge complained to 121 and my cordinator.kindly look into the matter.

Airtel no network

After sever complaints no one from airtel resolves my problem for network issues
No signal at my home @ race course road
I am old customer of airtel. for 16 years
I will go way with my 7 connections of me and my family to another operator if matter is not resolved in 3 days

i and my family are airtel connection user for past several years
my dad Mr Mahesh Gupta [protected] is using airtel post paid for past 12 years, my brother Nitin [protected] is using airtel prepaid for 8 years, i Isha9818717365 am using airtel prepaid for 4 years, my sister in law [protected] is using airtel prepaid mobile for 5 years and there are lots more . the problem is of no net work coverage inside our house and call drop while talking more often
so i request to please improve its network so that i can continue it using with out any problems or else i have to switch over my loyality to some other service provider

we have taken airtel broadband plan 999 in the month of nov, 2010.under the plan ip tv service was also provided .phone no for the same is [protected].we are not satisfied with the ip tv service provided by airtel.regarding the same we have already made a complaint to your good self and requested to disconnect the services on jan, 30, 2011. Till date no proceedings with regard to the same have been initiated.the bill due for payment on 31jan.2011 was rs 1184 .as per our complaint dated 30 jan.2011 we are surrendering the connection to airtel in view of their dissatisfied services (text of the earlier complaint is annexed).
kindly make a note that the existing charges of rs 1184 will be duly paid at the time of disconnecting the services under intimation to us and as we are surrendering the connection and your not being affecting the same we will not be liable to pay any dues .once again we request you to disconnect your services immediately.
if again our complaint will be left unattended we'll be forced to seek legal remedy against you.

We have taken airtel boadband plan of Rs.999 in last week of Nov. In first week of Dec our set top box of Airtel IPTV was not working . We lodged a complaint for the same against Complaint ID.[protected] . One of the engineers of airtel came to resolve the issue and replced the set top box to an old one and without giving us a chance to check the new one, he just left. This set top box is quite old and slow . Again a complaint was lodged against ID [protected] and committed to be resolved in the same day before 8 o clock but remained unattended . Again at customer care no.121 we lodged a complaint on 12/01/2011 under complaint ID [protected] which was aunattended till date . In connection to the same today on 30/01/11 at 10a.m again we lodged a complaint at ccno. 121 which was attended by Ms Satya Priya one of the employee of airtel . She assured that the complaint will be resolved before 2 p.m. At around 2 p.m. we got a call from airtel on the landline by Mr. Mukesh that whether we have lodged a complaint and what is the complaint . He told that this call is to resolve the complaint .

Sir, we have taken broad band plan in nov 2010 and under this plan the set top box supplied to us was working very fast and the replaced one is very very slow . Plis let us know that asking for the problem over phone is the resolution of the complaint . We are paying airtrl bills as per the contract in time but finding lack in your providing correct instrument for the service .

Plis note that tommorow 31 jan is the due date payment of your bill . The bill will be paid well within time if the service will be provided as per the contract and the set top box will be replaced or the bill will not be paid . And in this connection I would request you to diconnect the broad band plan we have taken or provide us a satisfactory service .

Date:06/03/2011 your mail dtd.04-02-2011 wherein it has been said that the complaint has been resolved .Kindly let us know that how it has been resolved when no body has come to change the set top box till date . on 16/02/11 internet was disconnected and 2-3 dys back agagin it has been connected . I am very sorry to say that your service is very very poor and I am cursing the day I had decided to be your customer .
Once again I am requesting you to disconnect your services with immediate effect .If extra charges will be levied due to non payment of dues, it will not be paid . Please note that to pay the charges is not a problem . Your bahaviour is irritating . Once dissatisfied customer is bad embasedor for any institution . I don' t know, being such a big company why the complaint resolution system is so poor .
