I am consumer of bharatgas consumer no 2987 pushpa gas agencies nadapuram . I have booked for filling gas cylinder (Ref No.3910527)on 19/10/2010 .So far i have not received cylinder .Delay in supplying the cylinder for three times continuously. the delay cause much difficulty .So please make arrangement for regular supply of cylinder .

My name is Vijaya, I am registered user of Bharat Gas . I recently moved from Miraroad to Naigoan East. I have the transfer papers in place. I contacted the Naigoan branch with the transfer documents. They informed to pay 220 for the computerisation for which they are not going to provide any reciept. Are there any charges like this.

From three months, I could not receive any home delievery. Some time cylinder weight issue and some time receiving problem. It is in black business. Nobody is listening any complain. What to do?

i book my gas on 12 january 2012 and it had not been delivered to my house till now. my bookin no -[protected] and cuctomer i d no-15777 . MY NAME IS SHASHI RANJAN MISHRA and MY PHONE NO-[protected].

for book refill we have to call at least 8 to 10 times and then if we book for delivery we have wait at least 20 days. every time we are facing same problems it is very horrible

As cited above, In winter when need for gas increased, availability of gas decreased. I was suffering for 5kg cylinder shortage, becuase of less profit, said agency not ordering since one month. I want action against said agency immediate.

Gas Cylender supplied by Satish Gas Agencies Haus Khas on 20.2.2008 but it's weight is less 3 to 4 kg.Pplease lodge the complaint and take the necessary action as per norms. and the documents given with the connection was not recd.my agency is malad gas agency malad east mumbai, and my consumer no. is 34128

our Company give a Agency Kohli gas But this Agency is a not good services & not mannare an Customer Communication .
So, i compailnt this Agency & you will proper action it.

I booked bharat gas on 18th of Dec 2009 in Ganseh Gas Agency, Permabur, Chennai.The gas has been used or open from 19th of Dec 2009.

On 16th of Feb 2010 it is empty.From 1st Feb 2010 we were not much used gas.But today suddenly it is empty.Not even used for 2 months.

Please, note that I have booked my cylinder on date 06/07/2010 Ref. No. 1835915 through ebharatgas.com and delivery date is mentioned on date 13/07/2010 but I do not received my cylinder till today.
Many times I have try to send a massage through ebharatgas.com but always mentioned on screen that YOUR COMPLAIN COULD NOT SEND TRY AGAIN.
