I have never dealt with a company that does not give the consumer a confirmation notification or a way to track an order. My credit card has been charged. I feel it would be proper to keep the customer informed. Order number: [protected]. Order date:

ummm...do I really need to write a 350 word report for something that should automatically be part of customer care services? *sigh* This is too hard. Conducting business should not mainly fall as a customer's responsibility.
item not received
Contacted btr several times regarding item not received, either no answer, or they are closed until 9am and the latest - your wait time is at least 1/2 hour, please email us. Emailed 1 week ago, no response. Emailed again this morning, we shall see. Tried logging into the online site, password rejected, even though it is my correct password, tried to reset and nothing! My card has already been charged over $50. I either want my product or a full refund.

If I request a returns slip u never ever receive it they hope that 30 days will pass and u aren't allowed to return after that time frame. And when y email req a returns slip u receive an email back eventually saying u will receive one within 72 hrs and of course this never ever gets sent to you . It's a scam to make u keep unwanted items. They also close at 4pm who does that ! So u can't csll after work . The after sales is disgusting people should stop buying from this company an maybe it will go bankrupt a second time !

I cannot reach anyone
Hello two weeks ago I made an online purchase at Beyond the Rack, and they charged my credit card last week. I found out the product ordered is not available for delivery until at least three weeks! I have tried to contact them by email many times, tried calling the toll free number, and other local number with heavy queue lines and no answer. I have not been able to get someone to get back to me, .. This is not professional!

It was a horrible experience, to be honest.
They worked very slow and I will never deal with them again. I ordered one single dress that was in stock at the moment of placing the order, but it took them one month to finally ship it. One. Single. Dress. That didn't even cost much (but of course, it's not a reason for anything at all). When I eventually received it, I thought that I would probably send it back. It looked cheap, the material was rough, not made of cotton as it was promised.
Right now I am trying to figure out how to ship it to them...

Made a search on google and you will see that the articles on this site are more expensive, in addition this company has problems of debt, that is why they do not refund their customers.
They want to make money during the holiday season and black friday, that is why they give you a credit and will not refund you if you have a problem with your purchase.

refuse to return $500 credit
I've been their customer for 2 years. I bought some I returned some, they don't do refund but give credit for returned items. Last year when I checked my account, all my credit disappeared without any explanation. I called them and they said they changed ownership so all credit is gone and nothing I can do. So I lost $500 credit (╥︣﹏᷅╥) . Can someone helping me where should I call or reach to get back my money or at least warning everybody not to be in my case! I ordered a watch on July18, 2017 and received it today. The watch was quite different from the one I ordered. The ad showed an oblong shaped watch in white mother of pearl and I received a watch face with a huge circular front in stainless steel. They did not indicate that it was non-returnable . But they have not included a return form. I have sent 5 e-mails, have called a dozen times...no response. I cannot return the watch without, I cannot believe that Canada allows this company to sell goods and not abide by the law. I have spent 421.47, received a watch for Godzilla's wrist and no one will respond to my enquiries.
What do I do?
I ordered a watch on July 18, 2017 and it arrived today July 27, 2017. Sadly it is NOT the watch I ordered as mine should have an oblong and delicate face in mother of pearl and the one sent has a huge circular face in stainless steel and is suited for Godzilla's wrist. More so, they did not include a return sticker with address nor a shipping sticker. I cannot return watch without. This watch never indicated that it could not be returned. Now I am out $421.47. They have not responded to my e-mails nor do they answer the phone. I've called a dozen times. They must be illegal. Surely, there are laws in Canada that forbid these scams.

2017-07-18 requested a return label. Horrible customer service. I cant believe how you can treat loyal customers like this. Changing your policy without any notifications. Not return emails and not taking a customer seriously and making them feel bad. I called and they don't want me to talk to a manager, they said they will forward a message but I know they will never call me back.

I have notified BTR twice, to email a RETURN LABEL so that the merchandise can be returned. PLEASE do not ignore this request. I desperately want the get the items sent away.
Feel that BTR could do better for its customers by paying more attention to the things that go wrong, rather than all the things that go correctly.
Cannot understand why a complaint must be so long in order to garner attention. What else can be said about something that has a simple solution. I have always had a good relationship with your company and would like it to continue.
fraudulent business
Placed an order with Beyond the Rack on line Nov. 17th 2016. Order # [protected]-CO for $65.98. Called BTR customer service was told item had not arrived to their warehouse and would not ship by Christmas. Called back in Jan 2017 requested cancellation and refund. Feb 10 2017 received an email stating confirmation of cancellation with a refund issued 5-7 business days for funds to be returned to original payment method.

I bought a top and as it was the wrong size, I returned it and received a notification that I had a $30 in my account. I tried to order a tote and the credit was not in my account. I emailed Customer Service and had a reply fom Mike Hernane. We went back and forth about the credit not being in my account and he kept reassuring me not to worry that it would be straightened out. On Sept. 7 he emailed advising that I could order manually using my credit. When I phoned to place an order I was told there was no credit in my account and in any event you can't place orders by phone. They suggested I make my order and the credit would be put in my account for future purchases when things were straightened out on their end. I emailed Mike again in November regarding the credit and I received an email from him on November 18 advising that all credits were removed by the company for orders placed prior to May 24.
red dress ordered in nov. 16 - never received
Either their employees are pathetic #####s or they are pathological liars and scam artists.
My incident is just on of many on this website v btr.
Essentially,
Purchased two items in nov 2016. 1 black coat. 1 red dress (Same order).
The black coat arrived in jan 5, 2017.
The second item has never arrived as of today 2/10/2017.
Tried to call, recording says the wait time is 30 minutes and encourages callers to send an email; actually a form on their btr website (Emails are futile, they're never acknowledged).
Frustrated, I called today to cancel the order and to receive a complete credit back to paypal. I emphasized that I did not want a credit at btr; I wanted a credit back to pp.
Then I get an email saying the item was delivered on 1/5/17! She was referencing the black coat. I had just spoken to this person and she remarked about how pretty the red dress was!
Is she an #####, or is this standard business practices: giving customers the "runaround" and withholding credits due to honest and concerned customers? I will try again to respond to btr but clearly there is something not right with this company.

where is my credit for returned items?
I'm tired of trying to reach customer service to ask them why my credit amount disappeared from my account with them?.. how is it even possible?.. Where is my credit? Something is really off the line...
To Customer Service: (if any even exists), please call me and explain to me... where is my credit with your company? I'm definitely won't leave it without being addressed, it's been too long to wait for an answer. Why are you keeping my money without disclosing that you own me back at least in a form of credit?.. Do not order from them, it's a fraudulent company!
They most likely will not see your message here. You should contact them directly if it's an in-store credit, or contact your credit card if it's a refund you are referring to.

I purchased a bracelet in December of 2016 that was broken when it arrived. I was able to return the broken item at not cost to myself, but they will only give me credit for their store, not to my credit card. Beyond the Rack had $150 of my money as a credit for a return I had made and they had received. I went to use my credit and it had disappeared. I made enquiries to which they were very slow in replying and eventually they just said they were under new ownership and would not be honouring my credit. They effectively stole my $150, yet are continuing to lure customers.
I am writing to warn others to avoid any dealings with such an unethical entity, Beyond the Rack.

I purchased 3 pairs of boots March 2016. They did not fit. After contacting BTR they explained the sizing / manufacturing was different then specified and that I could return them and receive a refund should I order them all again in the size to match the manufacturer specifications. I did. Since April 2016 I have been fighting to get my refund on the first order. I have contacted them over 8 times to have this resolved and my money returned. They have over $200.00 USD of my money and I have nothing for it. In any case anywhere this would be classified as theft.
Every time I have made contact I am assured this will be fixed. Here we are 10 months later !
What kind of legal action have we access to? This is completely wrong and immoral business conduct. They need to be accountable .

I purchased this shirt from them in XXL. When I received it it looks more like a medium. They want me to pay for the return and give me store credit for something that was misrepresented on their website. I will never buy from them again. I also purchased a jacket for my husband for Christmas from them. That too is to small but I can wear it so it's not so bad but the Polo was a different case.

I ordered an item in February. I received an email in April to say my item was not going to ship. Instead of giving my money back. The company issued me a credit - they never provided my refund for 149.99 and the credit from their website disappeared. Initially the customer service agent I called in december indicated that the issue was being resolved but I had to follow up after 3 weeks to find out I was not going to get my issue resolved. This company is absolutely unethical in their business practices. I will pursue every formal and informal avenue to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else. Their brand is totally damaged in my eyes. I shop online all the time and have never been this displeased with my customer experience.

I purchased a pair of rayban sunglasses which if real are made in Italy the ones I got were fakes the glasses say they're made in Italy but the label on the rayban box says made in China you would think if btr is going to sell fakes they would remove the label showing they're fakes btr has not yet addressed my issue even though I sent them a photo of the fake sunglasses I now wonder how much fake stuff they sell will never buy from them again
So did you find out if your glasses were authentic because am having the same issue right now and when I spoke to a representative about it they were really rude about it. Please let me know because its August 2017, my box says made in China and there were other factors that differ from my other real Raybans that I purchased from authorized sellers.
