All of your links in your Beyond Diet emails/newsletters don't work - they are dangerous = when I click on them to see the information that is supposed to be there it gives me a warning that it is a dangerous web page. First of all, I can't believe that these links don't work, second - that your company sends this stuff out and third - that it sends me to a dangerous web page.
Please fix what gets sent out. Are you legitimate or not?!

fraudulent email received
I recieved an invoice from this company saying I owed over 3k. I have never contacted this company. When I tried to find their contact information, their website is informing people that they were a victim of a phishing scam. Usually these type of emails will go to my spam so I am very concerned that someone got ahold of my email address and sent me an invoice.

Today I received an invoice for $3250 from beyonddiet. I never heard of them, have never used whatever they sell. The invoice had a "review" button that was a blank page.
I sent an email requesting an explanation, but it went to a long string of numbers. I tried to call, but the line was busy.
Also, no payment button was displayed.
I'm a 73 yr old and this alarms me.

Had the same thing happen to me today. I'll be reporting it to the FTC.
Will you please update what the response is you receive? Also why does it say verified customer on all of our comments? I'm assuming the "verified customer" is referring to being a customer of the site which we are filing our complaints?
I will update when I receive a response. I bought their product back in 2014 and then cancelled my subscription. I hadn't heard from them again until this email. I wonder if it's a computer error on their end but I reported it to the FTC nonetheless. It could also be a scam. Your best bet is to report it to the FTC and wait to see if you receive any further emails. Do not pay them anything, especially if you have never heard from them before. If you have had prior business with them they should also have been emailing or sending invoices on a regular basis. I would not pay them a dime given their unscrupulous dealings in the past.

I just got an invoice for a service I never ordered. There is no way to reach them. They don't reply emails and their number is always busy. Stay away from this company.

I called the 800 number and submitted a request to cancel my subscription on 3/22/16 to info @beyond diet .com. I received two emails asking if they could help me with thwir product. I rwplied no. Please just cancel the sub scription. On 4/19 they again debited a monthly fee from my checking account. I need them to follow instructions and cancel my subscription.

Please cancel my subscription to Beyond Diet. I called the number given and must have gone through about 10 other advertisements for different services. Then they said the number had been changed for calls from my area code. I called that number and it started again with advertisements on different products. I just want to cancel this subscription immediately and stop being charged on my credit card. I have really received nothing from this program.

This diet plan is shown on TV and seems to be reputable. but it is far from it!
Even though they say this will refund within 60 days more than likely they will string you along and never get you a refund. I have been battling for almost three months on a refund I requested a week after my purchase (January 2016). They will offer you "free gifts" they will tell you to send another email to confirm you want to cancel, you can call but never get anyone to pick up the phone... trust me I have invested over an hour (on 4 separate attempts) sitting on the phone waiting.
This whole thing is a SCAM from start to finish. Don't buy. there are other more reputable companies out there interested in your weight loss success then this internet weight loss scam.
They buy you in for the low price (under $50) and as soon as you sign up you get prompted to invest more and more money. Thankfully I never invested more than the trial offer but others have lost a lot.
I am concerned with the internet safety of my purchase, thankfully since then I have cancelled the card and been reissued a new one. This is definitely a place where your information can be sold or hacked into.
Monthly contract, emails and auto-book shipments
I enrolled in a trial membership with BeyondDiet.com. I was immediately inundated with emails selling other diet "Solutions." I sent my first cancellation email 72 hours after joining. I have attempted to call their customer service line [protected] and it rings one time and then switches to a busy signal. I was charged again this month and have alerted my credit card company to dispute the charges. This is a scam! I sent a second cancellation email today.
I have also emailed their address info.beyonddiet.com to cancel my subscription and no one is answering back my email. they already charged me with the third time and i don't want to continue it anymore. I cannot contact them coz i am living in the Philippines. Please help me to cancel my subscription with their website. This is really frustrating.
Diet program
I was about to order their products and ready to pay with my credit card but when i about to place my order, so many additional other charges were added, i changed my mind not to continue and cancel .Yesterday i received my credit card statement and was charge for $128.95 which I didn't authorized. I was calling their office to complaint but all i got is answering machine.soo disappointed and these kind of business should not operate if they try to fool their customers .
I agree with this. My problem with their website is that they are not answering my email to cancel my subscription. I already tried it in their website many times and sending an email directly to info.beyonddiet.com but still no one is answering my email. Every month they charge my credit card and i don't want to continue it anymore. i also cannot contact them through their number coz i live here in the Philippines. so frustrating...
Failed to cancel subscription
I had some weight problems so I decided to go for Beyond Diet service. They offered free trial and I signed up for it, when I became totally dissatisfied with their product I decided to cancel. I followed all the steps mentioned on their website but next month I was charged full subscription price.
The Beyond Diet website doesn't give you any options to cancel. I had to do a Google search for information on canceling. I sent an email to Beyond Diet requesting cancellation, we'll see if it actually happens. I feel that any program that makes it difficult to cancel is a scam.
I also am waiting for refund that will never come. I have the charge for the Protein Powder in dispute. Called and emailed. Was told to return product within 30 days and get tracking number. Had emailed tracking information and the return arrived there and someone signed for it. Explained situation to my credit card company and 3 weeks later, still in dispute. Well they talk a good talk but now I see they are just like Gunthy Renker not waiting to refund money.
Several emails and phone calls to [protected]. The customer service representative indicated another email was sent to confirm the cancellation, therefore they didn't cancel. Between emails and calling the 800# since February 2016, they still have not cancelled. It is a scam to get your credit card information and continue to bill until you report fraud and cancel the credit card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM!
I called to cancel this Jan.26 and a man named Shane Boeger talked me into taking one more month at half the price for $7.99. At the end of Feb. I could not get in touch with anyone but they said to email to cancel. I did and no response. Was charged again in March and was furious and tried again and again to get customer service. Finally on April 15 I spoke to a girl, Jazman, and she was sorry and would credit my account and take me off the program. Just received my bill today and got the credit on April 15, but was charged again the same day for $7.99. Called my credit card company and they are putting it into dispute and blocking my card from Beyond Diet for any other charges. Of course I have called them and customer service has only a recording that no one was there and to email them. I have never had this much trouble with any on-line purchases and would not recommend them to ANYONE. Do not get scammed by them and do not take her program or you will wish you did not have this headache. Carole
I have been trying for over a month now and there is no customer service! I want to cancel my account and have failed to get in contact with them.
I called and cancelled Beyond Diet, and was told it would be cancelled, but they kept sending me the product. When I called again, I asked if I should return the product, no need they said our fault. When I asked where the refund was, i was told you must return the product. So I found the product and it has to be returned within 60 days, and then I was emailed and told my 60 days was up. However, the invvoice is dated 2/7/2016. When I calculate 60 days from 2/7/2016 it is 4/8/2016, if you count the weekend days. In my calculation I still should be able to return product, as today is 3/30/2016.
I have sent at least 6 emails requesting to cancel and no one answers my emails and when I call no one answers the phone. I do not understand why some regulatory agency is not looking into this company. Many people are being taken advantage of. I along with others want resolution, which is refund previous charges and cancel membership.
I bought the basic programme. My dietician advised against going on such a program due to existing health conditions. I requested a refund well ahead of the expiry of the so-called 60 day guarantee and they have the nerve to tell me I am not eligible for a refund because the guarantee had expired. I bought the programme 26 December. I requested a refund via their website - got no reply. Requested again 5 Feb. smh

I cannot call their number coz its international and i am living in the Philippines. please help me to cancel my subscription to beyond diet. I don't want them to charge my credit card again. this is really frustrating.
Beyond diet cancellation process is not easy, they lack customer service and integrity. Do not purchase!
