I have had my Mastercard account charged a fee for which I have no known cause.
I have no dealings with this company, no product or service and would appreciate having my funds reimbursed to my credit card account.
the only company that I thought I was ordering from was the FREE trial of DazzleSmile / Dazzle White.
I did not receive that very expensive FREE trial product and now find my account has been charged from companies I have no knowledge of.
I find this perplexing and dishonest and would like to cancel any subscriptions you think you have from myself and reimburse my account all funds.

These people are fruadsters. They just took 3 payments from my UK hsbc card, in an eleaborate internet scam, starting with a fake wall street journal prasing write up & promise of free samples. Sign up for the free sample, use your credit card as proof of adulthood &

beutyclub, premium whitening, wellbhealth ezbeauty are all names you will see involved in this scam.

The nicest thing I can wish these scumbags is an early, painful death. Y'all have a good day now!

These guys got me too. Didnt read the fine print regarding their Subsciption. Same, i was ordering a free sample from Dazzle white. The shipping charges were more than initially advertized as well as a subscription to Premium White.

I have noticed their responses on this website indicating they do not mean to inconvenience their clients. Is this why they advertise a free product with a nominal shipping charge only.

They totally deceive their clients and stand behind the " you didnt read the fine print ".

An honest legitimate company does not put "fine print" and charge 30-50X the original price.

Our satisfaction is NOT their number one concern, their profits and creating a complicated return and exchange process is their number one concern.

I have cancelled all subscription and will return all product when it arrives. Lets see how good their Customer Service is and if i will recover my costs ($70 so far).

I have just recieved my statement of £53.86 to "Beutyclub" 8668477659 and £15.58 to "elitepack" 8663962729 I ordered the 'free' trial which didn't change the postage to UK for me at all, it told me that postage was just a few dollars and when I got the trial it said it was $11 for postage! I phoned the company's England warehouse and said I wanted to cancel and the man who could barely understand me as he was foreign told me I just needed to send it back within 30 days for a full refund and no more charges. And he said he had cancelled my subscription or something. I sent it back within the first week and now have these payments on my statement! WHAT THE F*CK IS GOING ON. These people are lowlife theives and I would like my money reimbursed and my payments cancelled as I asked! Not only have I paid this rip off I haven't recieved any new packages from them so they know I have cancelled! Its DISGUSTING. BEWARE.

And I had actually gone on the livechat about an hour or so after ordering to cancel because I saw the scam things on the internet and the woman on the chat took my details and order number and said "Thanks your account has been cancelled you will recieve no further payments from us" Well I still recieved the trial which I though was odd and despite sending it back they billed me anyway!
