Around April 08, when I was convalescing from major surgery, I received and e-mail from astrologer Bethea Jenner with a 'special health forecast.' She offered a health good luck piece for FREE. All I had to pay was shipping and handling, so I ordered it. Guess when you're sick you get desperate and stupidity rises.
When I received the piece I had to laugh. It was the most absurd crystal star with a wannabe silk atrocious square, 5 cheap coloring pencils and a paper with the same horrendous art. Guess she wanted me to color it. Perhaps my sign is supposed to be mentally challenged. I don't know. but I immediately returned it in the same box it came, just changed the label.
Then my bank records came in. Every month I notice a charge for over $49 by My Healt Wealth and Happiness. I didn't even know what it was but I tracked it down to Bethea Jenner. I wrote an angry e-mail demanding credit on my card immediately. It never happened, no one answered it, but what is worse: Every month I get a charge and they send me a stupid box with another ridiculously cheap knick knack.
When will she stop? It beats me. I have not been able to go to the bank or stop my card because my meds get delivered on the same card. I had an attorney write a letter, e-mails, everything.
I sure hope the FBI reads this. I don't know if they have a department for internet ripoffs or not, but they really should. Someone must stop this woman from stealing every month. I am retired and disabled so my funds are not what they used to be when I was employed.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I recently placed an order and their Website crashed out on me with SQL errors during ordering. I checked my credit card and was charged 3 amounts for the same product. Tried emailing bejenner@betheajenner.com many times asking to credit the other 2 withdrawals from my card but their is no response. Tried telephoning [protected] and all its says is all operators are busy please leave a message. Tried many times and the same result.
Whats happening here? Why are you ignoring my emails to refund the other 2 withdrawals from my credit card?

Please help! I do not know how I got the ANGELS nite lights, PLease stop sending them. I dont like them, I dont want them and most of all I dont want to pay for them! Over the course of the last 20 years, I have enjoyed the success of a renowned astrologer, writer and lecturer on astrological and esoteric subjects. In my case, I discovered Astrology quite by accident, or rather when I was ready to discover it, and it took time for me to accept my psychic powers. Before becoming an Astrologer, I worked in the music industry, but I knew deep down that I was not fulfilling my destiny. Everything changed, the day I received an astrological reading and chart as a gift. I could not believe the accuracy of the reading’s depiction of my life, my family, my dreams and challenges, and there was no doubt that I had to know more. So, that is when I decided to enroll in the Faculty for Astrological Studies in South Kensington, London, and to be honest, I have never looked back.
While studying Astrology, I was very aware of changes going on for me, both on the inside and out. As a result, I became much more accustomed to and comfortable with my inner voice. This sixth sense was very apparent once I started working with clients. I realized that while I was interpreting the stars for my clients, I was also helping them to gain understanding, acceptance and new insights into their lives. My newfound interpretive skills and my inner knowing seemed completely natural to me. I can’t logically explain where it comes from, but it is there and time and time again, it has proven helpful to my clients, which is what is important. I also like using the Tarot and Pendulum in consultations with clients. These disciplines, together with Astrology, give me a fuller picture of my client’s future potential.
My goal is to help people to see beyond their immediate pain and confusion to the happiness and success that await them further down the line. I am nothing if not a practical astrologer. I don’t believe there is any point in a consultation if the client then walks away feeling that he or she has no control over their destiny. While we all face periods of disappointment and even disaster during our life, these are just bumps in the road and there is always something to learn and better still, a way to use what has been learned to grow spiritually, emotionally and make adjustments that can eventually improve our circumstances and state of mind.
