I purchased a keyboard from them. When I got it home, my wife tried it for a week or so and could not get used to it.

I had the receipt and got back to the store to return it just after the 30 day return policy. I had it in the original package and it obviously had no wear on it at all.

They would not even consider refunding my money. That STINKS!

I can see refund policies protecting stores from people trying to return obviously USED or MISUSED products, but there was no way they would take this one back.

Also, said the product was no longer in the computer so, they couldn't take it back even if they wanted to becuase they had no code for it.

Sounded pretty lame to me!

I have no way to put some thing in inventory so for this guy I will just take and put it on the shelf and let it collect dust. Really, "this seems lame", it may be but if they can't inventory it they can't return so that makes you o for 1. Can I go o for 2 (I think I can...). IF it was outside the return policy guess what a fancy little message comes saying that it can't be returned because...you guessed it, it's outside the return policy. So even if you didn't open it still couldn't be returned because you waited to long to return even though you knew about the 30 day return policy and even then if was in there and could not be inventoried they would have to return. Yep, he went o for 2 ladies and gents.
