Stealing my $1000.00 deposit

On may 28, 08, wife and I signed contract for installation of solar photovoltaic system. On 5/30/2008, 10:00 A.M. we signed and mailed cancellation notice to company. We also called and left message for salesman, Randy Dodson, that we wished to cancel the job. He was notified by his company and since he was across the street from me at the installation of my father in laws solar installation. he came over to talk us out of canceling the contact. I asked for my deposit of $1000.00 to be returned. He said that accounting department would return my deposit within 10 days. To day is june 30th and I have called the company twice. I left a message with the accounting dept that I wanted my deposit returned. I called again at 12.20 P.M. and the receptionist transfered me to accounting dept. Who promptly hung up on me. I called again and the receptionist took a message for me and had me leave a voice message for accounting that I wanted my deposit refunded.
