I have booked from them helicopter transfer from Izmir, Turkey to Chios, Greece. The wire €2200 has been done 2 weeks before the flight as requested. Service was NOT provided ! - the funds were NOT REFUNDED.
The exact details: one day before the scheduled flight I have received a call telling that family of the general manager is in the hospital and they have to cancel the flight. All flights ! - They said, we terribly apologise and we will obviously refund everything.
Since then they don't answer phone calls and emails. At all.
The bank made a request to refund the funds - but request has been refused by the receiver of funds.
The company is a scam.
Very bad that they are still staying in operation.
What can be done to stop these crooks?!

Where are you based ?
Emailed to Police of Croatia and Greece, but they said we have to submit the case in the local police. I submitted via UK police as internet fraud, but only received the answer:
"We have reviewed your report and I regret to inform you that we have not identified sufficient leads that would result in a successful criminal investigation therefore your report has not been sent to a local police force or other enforcement organisation to commence an investigation at this time."
I believe if we join forces we could punish them.
Have you also transferred funds in ERSTE bank in Croatia ?
