I have just been to the bank to be told that you have taken between 3 and 5 payments out of my account all with varying amounts of money for no reason

I recieved a teeth wightening kit (1) may i add at a total of £3 maximum, i have ordered nothing else i have recieved nothing else, yet you have taken payments from my bank account on the 28th of October for three different amounts the highest being £51 something

I have obviously spoken to the bank and recieved legal advice and now believe the matter to be one of fraud. I would like all payments apart from the one for the teeth whitening (£3 max) to be paid back into the account that it was taken from

If there are any further problems then it will be a matter for police and bank fraud squad

This has caused serious upset and money troubles due to dirct debits not being paid, now being overdrawn and recieving further bank charges
